Review 1：The location is great, close to the river beach, and a bit away from the center of the village. The staff were very friendly, did their best to help although few of them spoke any English.

Review 2：WIFI INTERNET!!!!!! free internet only in one place, very far from room, very bad signal and goes down all the time, sometimes for days. Paid internet is very expensive. Room designate booked through booking.com was the worst and most far from the beach and facilities. Far from PDG center: no restaurants or markets close.

Review 3：Location: far from crowd. Beach with waves very close and without waves also very close. Close to peninsula with natural sea pools to dive with snorkel. Very nice deck and pools.

Review 4：Service was often slow and sometimes we weren't sure if they forgot we ordered food. It was also kind of far getting around to the other beaches in Porto da Galinhas.

Review 13：- We arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport that never arrived. - The decor was dated - We booked a beach-front bungalow which was further from the beach that we expected. - The first bungalow we received which was a deluxe one and was far too noisy as it was right next to the pool and entertainment area - The second bungalow and a down grade from our booking was much quieter, but the bathroom never felt clean and was quite dated - No complimentary WiFi in the bungalow - Staff at the check in desk had to be reminded to refund part of our payment as we had downgraded - Staff at the check in desk, with the exception of "D" did not seem overly bothered and not particularly helpful - The price of the hotel was too expensive for what is was

Review 14：- The beach was also fairly quiet and made for a nice place to relax. - One of the staff at the check in desk who went by the name "D" who started on the day we arrived, was far more helpful and friendly than the other check in staff. - The food was OK - A short taxi ride from Porto de Gallinhas which was quite nice

Review 15：Very, very, very and I mean very long wait for any a la carte order in the Restaurant. Typical wait after placing order is 55 to 70 minutes on both occasion for a salad. Absolutely ridiculous when the restaurant only had 5 or 6 tables occupied. There is no other place for food in the area without going by a taxi many km away. Room is poorly lit. No hot water from shower for 2 days, until I complained. An overcharge of 64Reals on my bill from the Bar and I was never near the bar. They gave me a card with my room number and told me that to order anything in the facility, I have to show this card. Therefore it is the hotel's responsibly to make sure there are no incorrect charges on customer's bill. Not a comfortable place to stay.

Review 19：I changed room 4 times: in the first room the water system of thebathroom did not work, and I was moved to a room with single bed(without compliance with the booking made); in the third room theshower was not heated, and the last room had a chemical product smell,perhaps insecticide, but tired, I got this. All changes were time-consuming, as it was the bar and restaurant service (the meal came only1-2 hours after request). I got sick with vomiting after eating the fishdinner . At the time of check out, charged me more r$ 100.00 than agreedwith booking, and the problem was only solved after showing them againthe voucher I had given at check-in. I do not recommend and will notreturn to this hotel.

Review 22：The location is very good, however the beach right in front is not goodfor swimming, but if you walk just 2 min you can swim as well.They have some nice shows every evening, although some of them were very amateurish. It's a good beach side hotel, but if you really want a cost effective hotel with great service, go to Mexico instead. If you are really into forro, then you have to stop here :-).
