Review 1：The bathroom is awful, the bathtub and basin are gross and dirty to the point I was nervous to take a shower there. The window does not open. The air conditioner is hardly working.

Review 7：Stinky mildew/mould smell. We saw ants and an earwig. Taps leaked. Shower nozzle and taps very old. Could not adjust shower nozzle - it worked more like a typical water "tap" than a shower spray. Way overpriced. The people running the motel are very pleasant.

Review 9：The wall mounted table was loose and slanted, unusable. The tv had only three channels with massive static, unwatchable. The washroom was tiny and rugged, single ply toilet paper. Flying moths were seen, one stopped on my hand. The ac was loud, and whenever the neighbors shower the pipe sounds were loud too. I understand this is supposed to be a motel, yet I have no idea how this place got two star.

Review 67：Although the hotel was good...however, certain things were missing, i.e. fridge wasn't in working order, the table lamp plug socket wasn't available, there was no coffee even though milk and sugar were there next to the coffee maker...of course the fridge was replaced but that too didn't cool very well,we didn't bother asking them about the coffee.

Thelandscaping around badly needs working on.Cigarette butts etc... Review 76：There was avery nice walking -biking trail behind. The room was veryclean although there was a rip in shades on the window... Beds werecomfy. There was even a fridge in room and a microwave.Convenient.They accept well behaved dogs. We wanted a non smoking room and itreally was such.

I showed staff myconfirmation and she willingly adjusted it to the lower rate.I picked fare for services/facilities because I don't believe any existed and I was never informed of any although mini fridge/freezer was a benefit. It was noisy around 11pm due to late check-ins and opening and closing of noisy doors.
Review 82：No additional cost for having a pet. We were traveling with our elderlydog and as there were only a couple of steps from the parking lot levelto the motel room it made for easy access.The recreational path behind the motel was a nice place to walk the dog; I would have cycled on it if time permitted. My bike was safe and sound in the morning. Staff helpful in suggesting somewhere to eat. Room was as it appeared in the on-line photo. Bathroom tiny but water pressure in the shower was great.

Review 85：we have stayed at the Rose Motel and cabins a few times but on those ocassions we stayed in the cabins . This time our room was in the motel and I might say what a dump it was. I couldn't believe what a difference it was versus the cabins. I would not recommend this motel to anyone in the future as it is pretty run down especially for the price one had to pay. thoroughly disgusted.

Review 87：Paid WAY TOO MUCH for the room. The room was small, poorly maintained and in need of A LOT of work. Water did not maintain a consistent temperature while showering, bedroom floor, although wood was dirty and in need of a good mopping. Remote to the TV had to be held together while pushing channels or it fell apart. Overall I would not come back to this establishment. It was WAY over priced based on location and the room itself.
Review 88：This motel features unique semi-detached units around back behind the normal block that are clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The owners are friendly, polite, and should be complimented for having such nice rooms at such affordable prices. It was far enough away from the Trans-Canada Highway that I couldn't hear any road noise that would have otherwise kept me up all night. What a gem!
