Review 10：This was our third stay at the Palace Hotel and since it was fully booked, we ended up in the Hotel Albana, a 4 star hotel very close to that and very nice and comfortable... Our room was amazing and the breakfast great!

Review 11：This hotel is primarily a youth hostel type hotel. If you want a typeof room that the average adult travel would require you must reservethe "dee luxe" (their phrase not mine) level room. There is a very niceupscale resort, which gives you much more for the dollar, & is only 3miles up the road on the opposite side of the valley. If you are over30 & have certain comfort standards when you travel I would recommendnot considering this hotel. If you are under 30 & on a budget this is agood choice.

Review 12：On the downside were also several things. The radio playing constant terrible music throughout the dining and common area, the ever open door to the smoking room, so one was constantly reeking of smoke, and which didn't get closed even after requests. The bearable, but not exceptional service. I was put off at the general atmosphere of ciphening as much money as possible from guests, visible in such policies as refusing to provide clean, crisp Engadine tap water to guest, and insisting they buy 5 franc bottles of water instead. So basically, don't come to this hotel on a budget, or hoping for a fine experience of Engadin hospitality! They don't hide the back they are out to get you to rack up a big bill! The region however is to die for.

Review 13：So it was a mixed experience here: the rooms divide into noisy, nice, and posh. We had a nice room which was very pleasant. Also friendly was the girl at the frontdesk, and best of all was the gourmet chef and 30 swiss franc 3 course meals on halfboard (which though still expensive, for the area is not bad at all). The salad bar was also excellent, very vibrant produce.

Review 14：My bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room was not clean, dusteverywhere and stuck to the shower walls there was who knows what! Iwent to the restaurant for diner, there was no one to greet me as Iwalked in, I sat down and waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me. Noone appeared so I left, the time.. 19:15.. Not an unreasonable hour!

Review 15：The room wasnt great. Very noisy, from traffic and heating. It wasnt clean on the floor, it was all sticky. The room decore was ordinary, and very compact.
