Review 1：We have booked a double room but we got a twin room. The iron we got from reception was old and broken and ruined my shirt.

Review 3：The only issue is that the dividing walls in the rooms are not fully soundproof, which can be a little annoying at night, particularly if there is a function taking place .. simple solution, though, is to make sure that you have a pack of foam ear-plug inserts ...
Review 4：Having stayed in around a dozen hotels in Burgas, I have no hesitation in saying that the Fors is far and away the best of the local Bulgarian hotels in the city. The central location is ideal for everything that Burgas has to offer .. the staff are professional, attentive, helpful and friendly .. and our overall experience has always been positive
Review 5：Internet very poor mattress covers should be on bed and fitted sheets. Breakfast cold should use burners to keep the food hot. Selection could have been better.

Review 9：On the second night of our stay, there was a wedding on, which could beheard from where our room was, the 4th floor. We had already spoken toreception about it, earlier in the night, if it would be loud and theysaid it would not be. Regardless, when we came back, it was loud (asweddings usually are) and meant that we were not able to sleep. Weinformed the person on reception that we wanted to leave and had toargue a lot to not be charged for that night.Moral of the story, before booking, check if they have a wedding on during the dates that you are staying and if they do, go somewhere else.

Review 18：One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed. They had a group of English-speaking tourists in a restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel when I stayed. Because dinner was included in my accommodation package (8 Euros per dinner), I went to the restaurant. But it appeared that I, a sole tourist, was an unwelcome guest. I was taken to the worst, humble table in front of office in a corner. Darker than other tables, and only my table didn't have a tablecloth. I was so miserable. Because all staff at the restaurant didn't speak English well, they didn't understand why I was so unhappy. There are good restaurants around the hotel, where you can eat better food at more comfortable place at less than 8 euros. So, I don't recommend that you use a package which includes dinner at the restaurant even if you stay at this hotel. Those tourist enjoyed Karaoke till midnight, and birds start singing from 5am. I couldn't sleep well.
