Sandy Beach Hotel offers an extensive entertainment program in Bulgarian, English, Romanian, German and Russian.

Review 1：Very polite staff and good food, free sunbeds on the beach, very close to the beach, lovely garden in front of the hotel. We asked for an upper story and estimated check-in time around 12 PM - everything was arranged as requested.

Review 3：Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and diverse. Room spacious and comfortable. Good sized balcony..Stay helped by gorgeous weather for September, so stayed on the beach most of the time.

Review 4：Low quality food, poorly cooked. Food waste is reused in other dishes. Poor hygiene in the restaurant - there were flies. Little maids fail to serve the rooms for the guests in an acceptable time. Extremely arrogant manager who insisted to pay rent, which we enjoyed.

Review 6：Once checked in two porters a combined to our room. One with a singlesuitcase and the other with the key card. He said this is how to openthe door, in we all went. He then ask for a tip! We didn't have anylev but he said we take any, upon beig given som Romanian lei he thenask for more for the se cond man!

Review 7：Nice clean hotel with a family feel. Friendly informative receptionstaff. Super food with plenty of choice. Friendly bar staff around thepool area. Beach area nice and clean and friendly guys on the mattressdistribution. All in all nice holiday. Albena is a small resort and verycompact with just one shopping street. Had a drive into nearby GoldenSands which was much noisier and not so nice. Seemed to be mostly Germanand Romanian tourist in Albena. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 12：I was disappointed that the only animation in the hotel was in German. Nothing was done to entertain the children who don't speak German.

Review 13：The hotel was clean,in a very good location,the beach was excellent. The food was nice, it was great to have bottled mineral water available to all inclusive guests. We had a choice for two meals at a-la carte restaurants in Albena which was nice.

Review 14：Very noisy area, it is surrounded by other hotels and clubs and you canhear loud music and MCs talking very loud up until 12:00 A.M. which candisturb small children's sleep.

Review 16：The outside balcony of the dining hall is not safe.The floor vibratesand shakes in a passage-way between the 2 doors even when a small childwalks by -but a person 80kg moves the floor.The floor is supported by 2pipe columns 14 meters apart and in my opinion "dangerous" andmust be inspected by a professional structural engineer and govermentalbuilding agency.I Brought this to the attention of the hotel manager andin the worst possible case of any accident will be resposible if thisinfo is not relayed to his superiors in writing as soon as possible Inrespect for entertainment -it does not exist,bingo is notentertainment.evenings with no romantic music & dancing area .,andthe hotel caters only to german guests in the german language although75% are romanian. Ugly DISCRIMINATION.all the surrounding hotels haveevening music,live singers and folkloric dancers. .
