Review 1：In 5 nights, we got one cleaning room service, the wifi works only in the reception - we asked for a balcony but had none and the hot water arrived on the second day and takes ages to arrive, besides the bathroom is way too small and gets dirty easily. The food at lunch is not good at all - knowing that we are next to the beach it would have been nice to have a shower facility before coming in the hotel. Some members of the staff are great others are very lazy - finally smoking everywhere is not great when there are many kids around.

Review 7：No Wi-Fi (almost never working. Essentially non-existent. Breakfast is ok when they actually decide to refill things and clean the tables which is rare. Staff at the hotel is rude and useless with the exception of Emanuel who works to set-up outings and taxis.
