Review 1：The bathroom was dirty (especially the toilet) in the room and in thehotel lobby, also. The towels were incredibly dirty - not justirremediable spotted... But simply not clean; they looked like they justhave been used by somebody. I request to have the towels changed and thenew ones were in the same condition... I couldn't use them,unfortunately. The food is ok, but just acceptable, not appropriate fora 4* hotel, from my point of view. I can say there was no single food Ireally enjoyed. It seemed like there was a lot of food, but the qualityand taste were dissapointing... For sure I would not rate the hotel for4*. There is a huge difference between the actual conditions in Bulgariahotels comparing with the services they offered few years ago,unfortunately.

Review 3：Generally not a fan of all-inclusive or resorts like Albena. The hotel is maybe 3+ stars but definitely not 4 stars. The staff at the bars and the restaurant is not the most polite, rather grumpy at times, but this is due mostly to underpayment, bad management and tourists who do not speak English or Bulgarian and also can be rather annoying. At peak hours the restaurant is extremely crowded and can also be rather noisy. Sometimes smoke from the grill (which usually has only one type of meat per day) covers the whole terrace.

Review 4：Good location, clean rooms and surroundings, food was better than expected for an all inclusive (good fruits and vegetables). Albena is still a rather green place, with some socialist elements.

Review 5：The little parking in front of the hotel entrance is allowed only for ambulances or taxicabs (!?) and when you arrived with your car there is no place to stop and to put down your luggage. The street is usually full with parked cars and the hotel's parking (the one's available for clients) can be used only after you checked in the hotel. So, you arrived and can't check in because there is no place to live your car and in the same time you can't use the parking because you are not checked in. I wouldn't mention the "great experience" to tote your luggage between the parking and hotel. The wifi - forget to use it in the evening.

Review 6：Excellent room - this is the best 4* hotel's room I have ever seen. Food - the food was tasty and varied enough. However I have to say that no matter how will be combined tomatoes, cucumbers and salad they will stay tomatoes, cucumbers and salad. With other words the salads sector needs improvement.

Review 7：Any noise from your neighbors can be heard and are disturbing! The coffee machines are unreliable low in quality, for a 4* hotel the drinks should be reconsidered.
