Review 1：The hotel has not been updated since the 40s. There are no amenities in the room - you can borrow a microwave from reception. You have to wash your hair with hand soap, there's no cold water to drink unless you're prepared to constantly adjust the thermostat. The TV is so small it doesn't display the whole picture. Be quick if you want a hot breakfast as very little hot food is put out.

Review 3：No restaurant, bar on site working after 7PM (there is restaurant nearby). We stayed in familly room (2+2) and bunk bed is not very comfortable.

Review 9：The kitchen was very basic and they charged an extra fee for using it (not included in the price of the apartment). The guesthouse is located next to a busy roundabout. The apartment was old fashioned. The personnel didn't speak English or French (only Italian and German). They charged an extra fee for using the parking of the guesthouse. No WIFI in the apartment.

Review 13：The strangest system of water supply I've ever seen. You supposedly can regulate a water temperature on the valve above the toilet seat, but not in the shower or in the basin. Therefore no means of having a cold water in the room. No tea facilities in the room.

I can get similar quality for half that here in the usawhere one gets charged on a "per room", not "perperson" basis.The heavy wooden door squeaked, and since there is no carpeting, the sound is annoying and echoes; the hinges could have used a good dose of oil! A note about the location: it is at the intersection of the bypass road with heavy traffic and the road leading to the Julier Pass. Reasonably quiet when the windows are closed but wouldn't recommend sleeping with the windows open.. Parking costs extra. The spaces in the basement are so ridiculously small that our rental car would barely fit.

We seemed to have got a good deal (price) at the time of booking. But, we got a call on the morning of arrival, specifying that there was some problem with the price and we would need to pay more than the reservation price?! - Though finally at arrival, they accepted the booking price - BUT - not a good experience at all..

Review 54：Location close to Surlej for trip to Corvatch.

Review 55：There was no hot water ! Rooms are equipped with a sepecial solution, thermostat and a valve, so that you can regulate temperature of water. However even after setting our thermostat to maximum (80C) there was still no hot water - just a light warm... Not possible to have a morning shower. There was a strange smell (not too fresh) in the room - I guess this comes from the wooden walls, furniture, doors, etc.

Review 57：The hotel has no restaurant and no bar, so you need to go out in the eveneing for a dinner. It was no problem for us as there were lots of restaurants around and we had a car.

There was no internet connection neither in our room nor in the lobby during our stay. For the price we paid I'd expect a much more modern facilities, amenities, full day restaurant etc... But these are the Swiss hotel prices everywhere.

Review 60：The location is charming. You have a lake view from the room, you are in a 5 min from the lake itself. The rooms are ok. We had a triple room which was not very spacious but ok to accomodate a baby cot. The area and the roads leading there host breathtaking panoramas. There is a large garage there.

Review 61：The room was very dusty and a sock from a previous customer was stillthere. The hotel is very old style, bathroom with big green wall tilingand brown/red floor tiling. This can be explained by a cheaper price butit wasn't so cheap. Impossible to get cold water from the tap, very nicefor teeth brushing. Only warm water. Rather incredible. The bathroom,especially the bath was rather dirty. Was quite noisy. Although wedidn't hear noise coming from outside, we were able to hear anythingfrom people in the corridor.

Review 62：Breakfast was very nice. Pass for the Engadin cable-cars was included inthe hotel room but it seems to be an offer from all hotels over there,promoted by Engadin region. View from the room window on theSilvaplana's lake was great although we didn't ask for lake view. We'vebeen lucky I guess.

Review 63：This is a barebones hotel...just expect a room. There is a bar/dining area, but other than breakfast it was empty throughout the day. But this was known beforehand and the price indicated as such.

Big suite with two rooms for couple+1 child (really two boi beds enough for 4 people + one more place for sleap) The shop is 1 min from the hotel. SilvaPlana - a small village with typical alpine houses, unlike industrial architecture of St.Moritz. To reach it ftom St.Moritz banhoff by taxi - 35 franks, 10 min. The buses goes every 15 min till night.
