Review 4:very very clean and comfortable. the owner made us wait a few moments after we arrived, but when we saw the room everything was explained. the nice lady works diligently to keep the pkace tidy. location very close to he the mirador where u can appreciate the panorama of the city. 5 mins walk from the city center
Review 5:Disorganized owner. You would think someone running an inexpensive guesthouse catering mainly to foreigners would have a little more English.
Review 6:The owner is nice and helpful, but very disorganized.
Review 7:The owner does not speak much English which could be difficult sometimes. The (downstairs) bathroom is old and very cold.
Review 8:This is a B&B type hostel. The owner works very hard to keep the place tidy. The place is well located close to Buses Fernandez bus station and 10mn walk to the center.

Review 13:The manager accommodated our 3am arrival, and was friendly and helpful. She also speaks good English. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Good central location close to the main area of town and the Buses Fernandez terminal.
Review 14:Quite cold at night. Nothing else bad - it is basic but good price compared to nearby places.
Review 15:Only stayed for one night to go to the airport - quite basic but was fine for our needs. You are just staying in a nice lady's house. Fairly central location-near shops etc.
Review 16:Some problems with the flush of the upper toilet.
Review 17:Very good price/value for Punta Arenas: Clean, spacious, very well-equipped kitchen, warm (!). The owner is a little bit shy but warms up after a few hours. We had a late flight and it was not a problem at all to stay in the house and use all the facilities (kitchen...).
Review 18:Rooms are not heated, so you have to leave the door open to get the heat from the common room (but enough blankets are provided if you want to keep your door close). Just 1 Bathroom on the upper floor.
Review 19:Very nice owner & super clean place with a great kitchen to prepare some meals. Good Breakfast provided with everything you need for a good start. Heated common room.
Review 20:Sometimes a little bit cold for people from Europe. Their standard is different than ours.
Review 21:The owner is a great person. Very nice and helpful. Her house is little bit simple, but sufficient, you have there all what you need. It was a little bit cold.
Review 22:Only one shared bathroom, that had really bad smell. The fire alarm was beeping so they turned it off (it is wooden house that is highly flammable). The floor was squeaking
Review 23:The location was pretty fine, and it was cheap and warm.
Review 24:Host is very kind and helpful, The house is very clean and safe, The whole place is very simple, but cozy The kitchen is an authentic local experience (stove keeps the house warm)
Review 25:Cold bedrooms and poor shower if someone flushes the toilet or is using the shower downstairs
