Review 1：The charger station that was connected to the main light switch, so nothing would charge.

Review 4：From check-in to check-out the staff in this hotel could not have been more attentive. The restaurants serve very good quality dishes and wines. You have access to everything you want under one roof add that to the scenery and what more could you ask for.

Review 9：The room was old, the decoration was hideous. This is one of the most expensive hotel we paid for but it turned out to be the worst! The breakfast in bed was awful. Don't go for this hotel, I really mean it!

Review 14：we waited almost 45 minute to receive our bags. No coffee machine in the room (5 star hotel!!!!), no A/C in the room we had to open the window and the noise was too loud from outside and also from the room next to us which I think it was one of the staff room. for a room service, you need to ask twice for everything you want, they are too slow and sometimes they forget to do what you ask them to do.

Review 19：I loved the room, the view, the breakfast and the location. I even loved the card that we received from the hotel wishing us a happy honeymoon. It was 40 years too late as we were married on 8th August 1975 - but it made us laugh. I can't think of anywhere better to sneak off to and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was worth annoying our entire family!

Review 26：There were two confusions while our stay at the hotel. 1) We had a confirmed email from booking.com about having a half-board for three nights. But despite showing the email, the hotel did not allow us allow us half board. They only offered bed and breakfast. 2) At the check-in, I was asked to pay 400 CHF as deposit (without receipt), but at check-out, I was told that I paid only 200CHF. The counter instead and only adjusted 200, instead of 400 CHF. Thanks, later I received an email that it was 400 CHF and I will receive the 200CHF on my credit card (still awaited).

Review 28：I needed to have a late check out since I had Aqua aerobic class , they didn't accomidate me even though I was paying in their spa , then I asked them to pay for a half day they refused as well then I had to pay for One night and the lady at the reception asked me when your going to leave the room !!!!!!

Review 32：1. This is the second trip in a row to this hotel where despite me requesting a room without a connecting dorr to another room, i have been gvien such a room. I am fed up having to listen to the TV into the early morning from the room next door. Time for us to choose another hotel i think when we visit Interlaken. 2. Dinner was disappointing for the first time - overly fussy, too many tastes and flavours in one dish. A bit of a mess to be honest.

Review 34：I chose a room for two people and I requested an extra bed inbooking.com and the hotel deducted the full amount of money immediately, after deducting the money they sent an email saying there is no space for an extra bed therefore you must upgrade to the suite for 3 people and you'll have to pay an extra amount, I replied 'I don't want to upgrade and I want a refund' they refused, so there was no way back and I eventually paid. The weather was too hot and there was no air conditioner in my room, they provided a noisy fan, and it bothered me in my sleep + In my requests, I asked for two rooms next to each other but I was surprised because they gave us two separated rooms! I asked them about my requests and they said "NO GUARANTEE FOR BOOKING.COM" they were considered about the first request about the extra bed but they ignored the second part about the rooms next to each other .

They give us a small mobile heater but when we arrive every day from the mountin it was cold inside the room. The bathroom is rather small - if you open the door you can hit/ touch someone who is using the sink.

Review 73：Quite a few choices available for breakfast but actually okay and delicious. Met a group of Chinese tourists during breakfast, dressed in full gown and take photos everywhere and with everything, that's annoying and none of the staffs told them to stop.

Review 91：We understand that the hotel opens the spa to watergym courses for local people, but we have difficulties to understand, why they are allowed to play ballgames and occupy the whole pool, while hotel guests have to swim at the edge of the pool.

Review 95：Everything in adjacent rooms can be heard (we were lucky we had no above neighbours, it would have been intolerable), just deplacing a chair provoked a hell of a noise. Also the doors slammed loudly, footsteps banged. At night that is a real problem. I want to have a restful, comfortable night in a hotel. The staff were courteous about it, acknowlegded the problem, provided earplugs. But what can they do? Maybe carpet in rooms with wooden floors would be helpful or felt? The fact that there is no proper insonorisation is a big flaw for such a hotel, and it is a beautiful hotel!
