Review 1：We booked some rooms only for 1 night and we were actually the only customers of the hotel in that period. The stuff was extremely friendly to us and tried their best to satisfy us. The food was excellent, cooked especially for us as we requested and the overall services were very good.

Review 2：Our room was often not made up although we left a sign on the door. The shower had terrible leak and the floor was soaking wet. We also think the bar should stay opn until perhaps 11pm. The first week we struggled to get any food because the other guests appeared to be so greedy and emptied the containers so, because of this, we chose to pay for meals in restaurants. A finish time of 8pm is far too early as it is our habit to have a relaxed meal from about 7.30 and this was impossible when the restaurant closed at 8pm!!!!!!!!!!

Review 4：The staff was outrageous - they were rude and insulting. The food was awfull - it was a down-selection of the cheapest food and in addition it was badly prepared. They were cooking on a grill right in the middle of the restaurant without any ventilation so you can guess for the smell. We were having the so-called "ultra all inclusive" with impoted alcoholic bevarages, etc. - the imported alcohol was a low-class romanian vodka (not a single known brand of alcohol). The toilets in the shared spaces were very dirty and there was no soap or hand dryer. It was an awful experience, we stayed for 1 night only and we left on the next morning.

Review 7：It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of cold and hot foods. Snacks and beverages provided between meals. A/C. I traveled by public bus and the location is midway between the bus stop and the beach - about a 10 min. walk in either direction. Very family friendly.
