Review 1：People on the reception were rude, the toilet was not separated from the shower.
Review 2：Always clean towels and people on the restaurant were friendly. The food was ok.
Review 3：Nasty staff at the reception, all of them always in bad mude, they barely understand english and none speaks. Wifi only at the reception and sometimes.

Review 5：Location is not very central but only takes about 10 mins by taxi to get downtown. Wi-Fi is poor and keeps cutting out but there's a LAN cable available in the room and with the cable plugged in the internet is stable and fast.

Review 7：The staff were an ensemble of dysfunction. Receptionist seemedclinically depressed, and in the hotel's restaurant, the atmospherewas quite tense, as though the presence of a foreigner made themuncomfortable.I specifically asked for a room with a balcony, which about 80% of rooms there have; but they gave me one of the few WITHOUT the balcony, and offered no explanation as to why. (Indeed, they COULDN'T have offered an explanation because no-one there speaks English or even Russian.) Location is rubbish: it's a bus ride into town, and for such a small city, that's silly. Also, the bus system is not overly easy to work out. Lastly, there aren't any eating options in the area, so you're stuck with the hotel's restaurant which is not overly good. If you want to self-cater there's a supermarket nearby, but it's a 'Metro', in which you have to be a member in order to buy certain things. Overall, not a stay I'll remember fondly.
