The El Azteka is a real Mexican specialty restaurant with a charming terrace. Friday and Saturday nights you can enjoy a live Mexican music band. The restaurant serves only dinners.

Review 1：Paul, one of the staffs, is the most helpful I have ever met while travelling. He did made sure we had everything we needed even if we just stayed for a night. He made our stay in Interlaken stress free. With the hotel per se, it might not be modernized but it was able to fulfill our needs. Location wise, it is in the heart of city centre and just few minutes away from Interlaken West.

Review 3：Very good location,close to Interlaken town. However, you might feel better if stay in small villages such as Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald which really a warm place to stay.

Review 12：The hotel was one of the cheapest for Interlaken but it was still quite expensive. The Mexican restaurant that is with the hotel was quite good. The staff were helpful. however the whole place needed a renovation.

Review 13：1 of a 2-day stay, got a loft room due to the discounted price, without individual toilet and shower. It's acceptable enough cause the rest and sleeping was not affected. Staffs are nice and friendly. And breakfast was fine enough.

We had a really big room with private balcony covered in stunning flowers with a view of the bustling street and mountains in either direction.

Review 21：Superb location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Even they packed my breakfast at 6:30 AM on the day I went for Jungfrau. Food at the restaurant was fantastic!! I lked the hotel and shall surely stay again.

Review 22：The room space is cramped with almost no space in the bathrooms. Electric kettle was missing but owners were really helpful they warmed the milk for our kids.

Review 23：We booked two 2 room apartments. The hotel is very near to Interlaken West station. The balcony offers a great view of the surrounding areas. The Mexican restaurant serves authentic Mexican cuisine. The place is totally packed in the evenings. Few good Indian restaurants around the hotel.

Review 28：Lack of breakfast options, room given (next to someones terrace), which meant we didn't have any views or couldn't even open the window as there were people using the terrace. Whenever in the room had to put curtains all time.

Review 38：Short walk from Interlaken west train station, this hotel was centrally located on a quiet street. We ate yummy authentic Mexican food at the hotels own restaurant, plus there was a good Thai place just round the corner (reasonably priced). Claudia on reception was super helpful and friendly, and recommended some daytrips which were fantastic (to Murren and Jungfraujoch). Plus gave us the best tip of buying a Swiss half price rail pass which saved us plenty travelling further in Switzerland. Our room was clean and spacious up on the third floor. The shower room was tiny but not really an issue. The breakfasts (which were included) were great and we enjoyed the fresh fruit salads. Best thing was all the staff, Claudia and Polo who own the hotel were very hospitable, but also the other staff in the restaurant were so friendly and made it a total pleasure to stay at Hotel Blume. We'd definitely recommend this great base in Interlaken, it was good value and don't miss the chance to try the Mexican food!

Review 39：Nice and informative staff, very good breakfast, clean and cosy, but it has no lift which means you have to climb up the steep winding stairs if you live upstairs. the fourth floor rooms have low ceilings and quite small but the view is gorgeous.

Fifteen minutes walk or by bus from interlaken ost pass a nice beautiful playground for activities and paragliding landing spot. Crowded Maxican restaurant is at the first floor that turn to your breakfast room in the morning. Nice and helpful staff, give you a lot of information. Delicous and nice serve of breakfast with various types of bread, jug of coffee.We book room for 4 and got room on 3 floor with two separate room, one with nice view and balcony, the other is a two-story beds, room is clean and big enough.

Review 42：We arrived late midnite, but Eddy (if im not mistaken of his name) was patiently waiting and welcoming us with lots of smile and hospitality. Other staffs,Souda and Yuyun are very helpful, friendly and guide us during our stay. Sharing bathroom is not an issue since we just take few steps to bathroom and toilet like you are staying at home. And yes, that was how I feel during 4 days :) Our room is very clean, spacious with comfortable bed and linen. Location is perfect, within walking distance to both West (10min) and Ost (15-20min) train station. The hotel also closed to many restaurants, shops and tourist information. Very recommended hotel and I would definately stay again.

They had a single man as their staff. He cooked in restraunt, he was the receptionist, the steward at restraunt, the attendant, room service... everything. With no queue for check-in, had to wait for 20 minutes to check in, as the guy was busy in restraunt.

Review 53：Never expected that Room No. 13 will be on 4th Floor in a building without lift. No courtesy by male attendent to offer help in carrying baggage. The owner was not available for any support. To our surprise key holder rack did not have Number 13 to put the keys back while leaving. Booking.com should not put such properties on their web site.
