Review 1：Quadruple room was TINY! Really not enough space for 2 people let alone 4! From the pictures and description and price I was really expecting something a bit more roomy and modern.

Review 3：The room was small, dingy, dirty and in need of basic repairs. The beds and pillows were hard and lumpy.

Review 5：The room was pretty small, the bath had glass splinter on the flor, towels washed out as used for 20 years! Breakfast was not to expectation, water tank for tee was filled with dirt on the first day so that people left discussed.

Review 8：Good location with lots of good restaurants close by. Just one block from Independence Square. One of the staff at the reception desk spoke English and was very helpful. He recommended good restaurants and assisted in booking two tours for us when we checked in the hotel.

Review 9：After the airy, spacious lobby and public areas, rooms are adisappointment but always functional. Wifi inside the rooms isdisappointing to unuseable. In the lounge is more acceptable.

Review 11：The central air conditioning/air ventilation was controlled by the front desk. Many times it would go off during the night. I would prefer to be able to control the a/c and ventilation from the room, instead of having to call the reception and ask for it to be turned on. Very inconvenient. We also felt that it was too expensive. It was high season and it was difficult to find a room.

I paid dollar for hotel fee and need change for usd35. but she said ... did not have change dollar and give to me 35pesos.. it is really crazy staff. so I said. why give to me 35pesos.. give to me more and than... she check ratio. it waw usd 1.oo for 4.3pesos(just bank ratio) but she give to em 4.2pesos.. rooming fee is also different.. I am surpise.. I do not go to there again.
