Review 1：Some details (eg. traces of paint on the ground) could be improved.
Review 2：Friendly and available staff, good breakfast, spacious room, slightly out of town, but good location, good heating. Would go there again.
Review 3：They gave away our reservation. Somehow a room suddenly opened up for us, I am assuming we took someone else's reservation. Other than that it was fine.
Review 4：Allowed us to store our bags there after check out and while we were in town waiting for our bus. Breakfast included was ok.
Review 5：Our room was not available at arrival, and we had to spend our first night at another place up the street-arranged by the hostel. That meant that our laundry plans went out the window. There's no english, not even spanglish, so sorting this was not easy. Breakfast was standard bad, but the guy does dererve cudos for trying to be helpful. He arranged a 04.30 taxi and 06.00 breakfast for us.

Review 7：The double room I had was small. Ok for me, but a tight fit for a couple with lots of luggage. Some rooms come off the dining room ( where breakfast is served), which is a bit disconcerting, but not a biggie.
Review 8：They were totally fine with me arriving after midnight, and through the rest of my stay could not have been more helpful. Great laundry service. Very comfortable bed. Great location.

Review 10：- Friendly owner, always ready to help, e.g. we arrived pretty late and the owner provided us with a snack and a cup of warm milk for our child; he also offered to drive us with his personal car to the bus station - Heating works OK - Basic breakfast (butter, cheese, ham, jam, milk, tea, instant coffee and a muffin) - Location not far from the city center (15 minutes by foot)

Review 34：We are a mature couple travelling on a budget and we highly recommend Mi Residencial as a place to stay in Punta Arenas. The location is quiet and it is an easy walk to the main square. Our room was very comfortable, with good heating and lots of hot water at both the sink and the shower. WiFi in our room was strong, and a computer was also available (free) in the common area on the main floor. The included breakfast was very good and the owner and his staff were "muy amable".

When asked for milk for mycoffee, the owner said it was too early for her to go and get milk!Would't recommend. Overpriced.
Review 38：Room was extremely small and there was not enough room to store luggage and be able to walk around the bed. The condition of the room and the hotel was very rustic and seemed to be very expensive for the quality of the accommodation.
