Review 1：Practically the best 5* hotel in Bulgaria. Rooms, sea view, the yard and the garden with the pool, located in the City Sea Garde of Burgas. The later gaves you the opportunity to jogging along the sea. Nearby the city center as well. Parking free. The SPA is the best in Bulgaria as well, spacious, clean with all the services and facilities that are expected to be there. Delicious breakfast. Salini Restaurant offers great Mediterranian cusine. Wine selection is decent as well. Business center available to the guests. Free wi-fy. My favourite retreat:)

Review 4：The furniture in the suite was dated and the sofas very uncomfortable. The mattress was as hard as a rock and the pillows were the opposite, too soft. The 2 bedside lamps did not operate independent of each other. Also there were no mosquito screens on the windows or door to the balcony which meant you either suffered bites or slept with no fresh air in the room. Air conditioner was old, noisy and inadequate for the size of the room.

Review 6：There was absolutely no water in the room. The shower, the sink, the toilet did not work. Definitely not a 5* treatment. There was no opportunity to wash.We were not informed about this in the check-in. It later turned out to be planned works - and we were not informed..

We wanted to send a food/drink gift to another guest but reception couldn't give us a menu to choose from, we had to contact the dining area directly. We also wanted to order a couple of bottles of wine to share with friends but couldn't do this via the bar, only through the dining room.

Review 9：Good location, far enough from the centre to be relaxing but close enough to walk to the centre. Our room was fabulous and very luxurious. Wifi was good. Had a romantic spa for 2 which was lovely.

No wifi in the room, 515, throughout our stay I informed the reception on 13 & 14 of August in the evening On the first day the told me that they will check On the second day the told me the have a problem in all the hotel & the know about it I was never fixed 2. On 14th at 2130 I called room crevice via the operator They asked me to call again in 2 minutes and never answered again. I went down to reception and asked the lady to order a pasta dish for me and she sent me to order in the restaurant In the restaurant they told me that they have no time for room service When I tried to order from the menus and sit in the restaurant they were rude and it took an hour to get the pasta 3. I am pissed of with the services in the hotel Youval Harari

Review 12：When we checked in, the service we received at the reception was a bit odd. Can't say it was not professional (it sure was). There was a mark on the carpet in our room, which seems to be from someone leaving a hot iron on the floor. It was covered by a chair. There was a mix up with our room charge, which we discovered only after we left Burgas. It only took a phone call to sort things out. A lady by the name of Dessislava handled the matter in an extremely professional manner.

Review 18：Corny decoration No towels In the bathroom upon our arrival?!... Inadmissable... As inadmissable (in a pretended to be a 5 star hotel) is the quality of the room service food, wich is avable only for 12 horas (11-23h). But the worst of all is the rudness and a bad quality of the staff: - Closing the breakfast buffet at exactly at10 o'clock, without having the kindness to ask the remaining guest In the dining room if they need anything else.. - Absolut ignorance, disnformation and/or misinformed about the region, giving no or wrong indications.

Review 22：The Primoretz restaurant was not open during our stay. Neither was the pool bar or piano bar. It was a lovely hotel but the staff could be more proactive and friendly with guests. You usually felt like they had something more important to do and we're very abrupt in the manner.

Review 28：Only 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee.No milk for tea/coffee askedreception to send some it never arrived. Went out and bought some aswanted to be able to have a cuppa in the room. The doorman almost openedthe door half way open for me to walk through,was notwelcoming.Breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and warm bacon and that wasat before 8a.M. Wifi kept going off had to switch between rooms andlobby for network.

Review 35：Pleasantly surprised by the level of service and comfort offered by this hotel. Food at the Mediterranean restaurant is great -- especially fish and salads. Spa facilities (hot pools, hamam, saunas, etc.) are very complete, you can also indulge in massages. Staff at front desk very helpful. Nestled in the well maintained seaside park of the city.

Review 36：I had one of the most expensive rooms but it looked at the parking lot, the shipyard and a construction site nearby. Also, they never refilled my minibar during the 3 nights of my stay. SPA and swimming pool are open from 8 till 8, making it almost impossible to use if you are there for business. Also, the entrance from the seaside was closed with a chain at night although you need a hotel card to use it. This hotel should decide whether it's a business hotel or a cheap resort.

Our room was so good next time I will take my travel kettle there cannot be a good reason to pay for a deluxe room when the standard rooms are so good

We liked the idea that the lift would only operate by using your room key, very secure. Lovely grounds. Having been informed that this was only a standard room we were really shocked. Would have loved to see what the deluxe rooms were like as we couldn't fault ours. Please see what we didn't like.

Another guest also British checked out after one night although booked for more than a week At check out I was told that the card machine was not working I was told to get cash from hotel ATM however when I refused the card machine suddenly began working I was with my wife on this stay and will not stay here again because of extremely rude staff. Who create a very poor impression of this hotel

They are interested in you and go out of their way to assist which is the difference between a good hotel and an excellent hotel. Review 86：The staff was at the times very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. This applies not only to the hotel but it seems to be an attitude problem in Bulgaria. Customer SERVICE is not a familiar concept to them. In restaurant you need to wait ages to get served and if some problem occurs, instead of apologizing (their OWN mistake) you get even ruder service and they don't even bother to hide their irritation towards the customer. This would be somewhat acceptable in cheaper hotels, but in four/five star hotels the staff should be more educated. English is not spoken very well and this makes things sometimes even more difficult. Like solving billing issues with the spa, when the person in reception is charging you too much and refuses to solve the problem. When you do it by yourself in return you get no apologies but extremely irritated and rude service from the receptionist M. Koleva.

Review 87：Location and facilities were great. Food was excellent and cheap at the restaurant. Pool area was very clean and cosy with access to the beach. In the restaurant was a great waiter called George, who stood out by giving us great service.

Review 88：My only complaint, is a major one for me, the times the pools are available. Its sunny until 9pm, but the outdoor pool closes at 7pm. And the inside pool closes at 8pm. If you go out for the day, I like to swim before bed. This was a disappointment. Close the spa services but keep the pool open.
