Review 1：The breakfast was not so good and should be made some improvements to it.

Review 2：The location of the hotel is great and you can have very nice view of the surroundings. Also we have enjoyed the pool of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Overall it is a good deal for the price you pay.

Review 4：I have been to Veliko Tarnovo a few times so that place was really nice. It is located in a huge green area on the top of Veliko Tarnovo far from the city traffic unlike most of the places I have been. Peace and quiet with the cleanliness are my top requirements so they provided me exactly what I was looking for. Hospitality was another thing that impressed me. When I went to check-in they already knew that I am coming so it did not take more that two minutes. A nice girl took me to the room and present, they do not do it in many places. Room was bigger than what I expected but I was alone on that trip. In the hotel there is a restaurant that I highly recommend. The food was really good and they have some fine wines. I give them 10 for that price, location and accomodation.

Review 5：If i had to pick something it was the waitress at breakfast who was miserable. A smile or a hello is all i want but there was nothing.

Review 9：we were given a room in a house near the hotel, the conditions were not so good there. at check-out, bulgarian tourists were treated with priority.

Review 11：Парк хотел Арбанаси е едно прекрасно място за почивка и релакс.Хареса ми, че стаята в която бях настанена беше просторна и чиста, а терасата беше много голяма с красива гледка към Велико Търново.Закуската беше много богата, а сервитьорите учтиви.СПА центъра е на високо ниво както и панорамния басейн.Персонала на хотела е много приятелски настроен и учтив.Препоръчвам!!!!!

Review 12：Hotel looked like 3 years ago, nothing changed ( even the breakfast variety). The rooms and pool need some renovations ( are a bit outdated, need some painting, some new deco, etc). There was a bad smell coming from bath pluming system.

Review 31：You have to pay for parking and at the mini SPA center the fees were charged per hour (including swimming pool access). no food left at breakfast at 9:30(we had to ask). The TV had no channels with English language and the Wi-Fi connection was very week at the 3rd floor (no wi-fi in the reception area either).

Review 32：Perfect location on a hill, only 10 minutes away from Veliko Tarnovo with a wonderful view over the city. The room was big and the furniture new, however the place could use the touch of an interior designer. Beautiful garden,sports facilities, kids corner. We had the possibility to do leave one day earlier at no extra cost, which was really appreciated. Abanassi Cake was delicious.

Review 33：The reception asked initialy for higher price for room, after the booking checking they corect the invoice value. During the night it rain a lot and the water drops fall from the ceiling of the room on the floor carpet making a terible noice
