Review 1：Everything that was not in the all inclusive package was really expensive (i.e. spa, beauty salons) Coffee was terrible, soft drinks were full of sugar, alcoholic beverages were very low quality.

Review 2：The pools were great, staff was great, food was ok, roomservice was good. Very quiet. A lot of shade to hide from the sun. Animation staff was great. Aqua park is fun.

Review 3：The fact that we had to pay for the imported alcohol and the cocktails...they sold their holiday as ultra all inclusive which means everything should have been free of charge...

Review 7：The all inclusive offer more like 'nothing inclusive' . You had to queue for the food which lacked of taste and full of oil. The breakfast was just awful no quality coffee, no natural juice! The worst local drinks ever! Weird smell in all rooms. Although asked for one queen size bed 3 times prior to arrival in written was allocated to a twin room and only after insisting was at last given a double bed room. Nobody at the reception was aware of the fact that I was supposed to pay for the room(although bought no refund no prepay has been charged in advance) and I had to wait 30min at the front desk to have my money taken although clearly stated on booking confirmation no one was aware of my rate in leva or euros... Totally disappointing experience !

Review 9：- PrimaSol Ralitsa Superior is like a village surrounded by woods inside the town of Albena; the area is superb, very quiet and clean - the food was delicious; they also have made special food for my son who has multiple food allergies - the main building is superb - a lot of swimming pools around the hotel and one interior pool - the personal was really interested in your happiness and comfort - the animation team was fantastic - the aqua park is very very close and is perfect for children It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for me and my family and we are really thinking to come back next year. Too bad it was too short..

Review 10：bartenders should be friendly. I understand that some tourists exaggerated demands .... but I have not exaggerated and not liked their attitude .... and it applies to all bars in the complex
