Review 1：Level of English not very high but higher than the Bulgarian average The staff has the Bulgarian average approach to customers, that means, not very smiley

Review 3：Was told we could park our hire car for free and then presented with a verbal request as we left for monies to cover the porters time for moving the car and sending sms messages(?) Ok not a huge amount of money but nevertheless.

Review 9：I have stayed here for 10 years and always friendly, helpful, clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and near the wonderful Sea Gardens which are cool and beautiful on a hot day.

Review 16：If I had to complain then I'd have to say that the room walls maybe a little less than what they should be as you can hear everything in the rooms next door, in fact I don't think they are solid, only plaster and wooden partitioning which obviously provides poor sound insulation. Also I wouldn't get too excited about the English breakfast they serve. Wifi is unreliable

Review 17：I've stayed at this hotel many times on my trips to Burgas and again as on all previous occasions I have nothing to complain about. This is a 3 star hotel which is spotlessly clean and well maintained in an excellent location only minutes walk to the beach, sea gardens and the main pedestrian area with shops,bars and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and would always greet you with a smile. I'd have no problem staying at this hotel again or recommending it to anyone.

Review 18：It was very hot in the room, and the air con was not very good. Also the problem with no free parking, had to walk to park car, which is a problem with heavy bags.

Review 20：Bath cabin was too small so it made it almost impossible to take a shower for a tall person like me. I had some special tooth picks and dental flase which were missing after cleaning. I guess cleaning assistant was so slapdash to throw away both of whole packages. I looked at all shops but I couldn't find the same. Reception personal not very friendly and neither good at English. You also must be aware that this hotel is the place where Bulgarian criminals gather and visit. So be careful if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

Review 22：Personal is helpless. Breakfast is terrible, should be ordered from menu. Praparation of tasteless dry sandwich takes 20 minutes. In bathroom there was terrible smell from sewage.

Also one night I came in rather late and some staff seemed to be just hanging around the lobby, I said good evening in Bulgarian as I got on the elevator, which I don't speak very well but I try - and as the elevator doors closed the staff burst into laughter, I assume at my poor pronunciation. It was pretty embarrassing and basically ensures I will not be returning or recommending this property to anyone. Not all staff was this unprofessional mind you but that was inexcusable.

Review 73：They have few types of breakfast, and after you choose one of them, you need to wait 15-20 mins for them to bring the breakfast...so if you are a businessman like me, then you have a problem....you ll have to leave hotel wihtout breakfast or you have to go to breakfast 30 mins before you planned....if not you ll be late to your meetings....You have to inform then again 20 mins, before you get your car, because they have to park the cars one behind the other.....

Review 76：I booked this hotel as disabled friendly which it definatley is not I had to move after 1 night ramps are not designed to go up and down with wheelchairs and inside there are stairs to dining room ect. definatley not for disabled people I could not even believe you thought it was.

Review 77：Clean, comfortable, and we though it was good value for money. Very close to Burgas town centre and Burgas park/beach. No hotel parking, although metered parking nearby at 1 lv per hour. No charge between 6pm and 8am Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Review 79：I have stayed at the Luxor for the last 8 years and always found it very convenient for the bus and train station in Bourgas. Very helpful and clean. The facilities are good and internet using a cable is excellent. Pizza oven makes great pizzas too,

We'll have no problem staying here again on our next visit.

Review 89：We have booked a non smoker suite, but the air conditioning was circulating cigarette smoke around the entire hotel and into our room. Fortunately it was not to hot or cold, but I we can imagine how horrible it would be in the winter or in the summer, where you have to use the aircon. There are no breakfast buffet, guest have to chose a single thing from a menu card.

Review 90：The restaurant is great, allthough getting good cafe latte was like flipping a coin. Reception staff was helpfull and spoke english very well. Hotel was situated near city center and the Sea Park :-)

Review 91：Warning!! Voting is not reflecting the Hotel. Stuff was extreme unfriendly. Especially the page boy. Gave him 2 Leva for his service (bringing luggage to the 1st floor) but he denied and wanted to have 10 Leva!!! He was insisting and waiting in the room for 5 min. Then he left very angry banged the door. What a pleasent start...room was only OK. There are better hotels for less money in Burgas.
