A sunshade and 2 lounge chairs are included in the room rate.
The property consists of 2 main buildings. It has a main restaurant and a restaurant. You can also enjoy a barbecue at the snack bar nearby.
You can soak up the sun at the swimming pool which has 3 levels and sip refreshing drinks at the pool bar. There are tennis courts and you can play volleyball.

Review 1：Everything in the hotel was fine, except for one young receptionist - she was often very mean and unwilling to help.

Review 2：In Orchydea hotel we truly got a good value for the price we paid. Except for one young receptionist, the rest of the personnel who was nice and polite (including all the sweet cleaning ladies in rooms and in the cafeteria :-))

Review 3：It's old and dusty. The first room they gave us stunk of toilet. Had to wait 1.5h to change the room. The second room was not too but but dusty and not clean. Food wasn't good. Barbeque was ok but at least 30-45 min waiting time as they only take out 20 pieces at the time. Bad management!

Review 4：The room was full of dust, the curtains were dirty, mold all over the walls. Only one bulb light was functional. There were spider nests under the bed and around the lamps and also spiders, the furniture was very old, a lot of humidity in the room. The worst room i have ever stayed in!!! We wanted to change the room and they told us it wasn't possible. Regarding the food, no taste, everything tasted like plastic, all we could eat was melon and some vegetables and eggs. False cheese, false meat, false drinks, very poor quality. It s a perfect low cost!

Review 15：There was no wi-fi in the rooms, even though we were paying for the service. The hotel housekeeping was just terrible. We stayed in for 6 nights and they never changed the bed linen. After I had waited for 3 days to at least get the towels changed, I had to go downstairs to the reception and ask for fresh ones. I am not quite sure what exactly the cleaning ladies had been doing; yet, it seemed like they were doing a really good job. Not to mention that the drain in the shower was clogged or something.

Review 17：The free shuttle bus service was very unreliable and we waited for over an hour one day, before we gave up and paid for the train to take us to the beach instead. The food at the hotel was good, although they have a big problem with guests stockpiling the food as soon as it is put out (buffet), with greedy guests ending up with a massive table full of plates stocked up with croissants/pancakes etc, meaning the buffet is always empty of some things, then you see the same plates being half thrown away as the people didnt eat them all. It is a massive waste of food and very frustrating to the guests (and I imagine the hotel too) who would just like a constant flow of food available on the buffet. Also there were signs on all the doors saying it was prohibited to take food out, however a lot of guests did, leaving with lunchboxes full of sandwiches/snacks/cakes without being questioned by the staff, that was annoying.

Review 22：I'll wright this down in english to let everybody know what a beautiful experience I had. First I like to congratulate the manager team for it's effort to combine the client demands with the actual possibilities of the hotel. So, everything was just perfect: the room was just like in picture described, wide, beautiful sea view, clean and smelled like lavander. The bathroom was clean, had alot of room, liquid soap and towels were checked daily. The food was more than enough, tasty, fresh, free drinks and coffee, ice cream and barbeque. The Animation Team was AMAZING! My kids were so delited to play and dance everyday. Great job! The personnel of the hotel it's kind and willing to help with any problem. I knows for sure next year I'll return here. Fair price, highly recommended.
