Review 1：The staff is completely informal and 'absent'in the sense that they seem to work just to reach their minimum. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. The lobby armchairs were ALL of them broken. Internet didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was poor for a hotel of the Amerian chain.

Review 3：Cleanliness has to be improved. Wi-Fi has almost-zero signal. Bathroom needed better cleanlines. There were five lamps in the room, but three of them didn't work. It has no LCD, but an old model TV.

Review 4：In spite I chose a cheap room (so, it has no landscape) it was very comfortable. The sommier was very comfortable. It's located almost on the beach, you can ser and smell the sea fresh air all the time.

Review 18：Old hotel, out dated, simple room with old furniture, old bathroom, old TV with bad connection, certainly not Cable TV, got a room with view to a parking garage. Breakfast was included but very simple. In short, this hotel could certainly need to be renovated.

Review 20：General apperiance of the hotel seems it use to be a great place back in the early 2000 but never updated , a/c system out of date tv obsolete broken parts on the bathroom and the price higher than almost all the hotels in the area

Review 22：The bathroom seemed dirty and musty, and the shower door didn't close all the way which resulted in everything getting very wet when we showered. There seemed to be a little mold in the bathroom, probably because of all the wetness. Our in-room safe did not lock.

Review 23：The staff was very nice and very helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their attentiveness. The location is very good if you want to be close to the beach. We had an ocean view room, and that was perfect. The breakfast was quite nice and you can sit and look at the ocean while eating.

Review 24：I didn't like that the balcony door did not lock and opened on to a shared balcony. As a woman traveling alone, I would not go back to this hotel. I did not feel safe and slept with my clothes on.

Review 27：Helpful and attentive young staff. Comfortable room and facilities with a breathtaking view on the South West Atlantic Ocean. Good location, close to the city main commercial area and just in front of one of the longest and most beautiful ocean side walking areas in the world.

Review 28：Internet in the rooms (WiFi) is a joke, the signal is too weak. We had to go in the lounge. Can be noisy in the night, if there is a fest in the park facing the hotel. For our last breakfast the coffee was cold. So we tried the tea! A 20 minute walk to reach the centre of the town (but it's not bad for the shape).

Review 29：We stayed 6 nights. Very nice view from the room (seaside). Easy access to the beach, wich is pretty. Very good breakfast even is there are no fruits (it would be nice to have some).
