Review 1：What a perfect overnight stop.Pleasant couple runs the motel with a nice atmosphere and an interesting exterior.Simple but very clean accomodations.Makes you want to spend a few days on your next visit to Fredericton.
Review 2：The owners were very kind and welcoming even though I arrived late at night. It was located close to the highway so I could easily rest and then start another long drive the next day.
Review 3：Close to highway so there was a lot of traffic noise; can't do much about that. Closed the window which helped a bit!
Review 4：A large airy, clean room, TV and wifi, nice bath items. Breakfast ample with good coffee, freshly boiled eggs, simple but good choice. I had forgotten something in the room so phoned when I got home and the person who answered was very helpful.
Review 5：For a budget hotel, this place is very nice. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice bathtub. Breakfast was as good as any of the other places that offer free breakfast. People were very nice and welcoming. Strong wifi. A little off the beaten track, but close to the airport.

Review 9：Too humid. The towels felt damp due to humidity even though the air conditioner was on the entire time we were there. The bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. Most hotels use pillow top mattresses these days.

Review 13：The room smelled of cigarettes. No facecloths. Could clearly hear the noises in next room. Under the vanity on legs in bathroom it was really dirty. Had dropped item on floor and discovered the condition.

Review 22：We were awakened very early (6:00 a.m.) by a violent noise from the room above us; it sounded like a noisy vacuum cleaner. It turned out to be water running for a shower, but evidently the water pressure variations caused a very loud noise.

Review 26：we stayed here 3 nights while in Fredericton. It is near the airport but further from the city. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not make up the room the second day. The front desk staff apologizes but did not offer anything extra for the inconvenience. As well, the shower water had a very strong sulphur smell that required running the fan and burning a candle to get rid the the smell. Otherwise, the rooms are very spacious with a full fridge and stove and a few pieces of basic cooking equipment. The furnishings and decor is minimal.

Review 28：The place we stayed was a 2 level type of building with outside stairs. Being on the lower level we could hear people going up and down the stairs which became annoying after a while.

Review 30：The Airport Inn is very spacious so you don't feel cramped. The added feature of a fridge, stove, table and chairs and a kitchen sink is amazing. It is spotlessly clean, the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also great and roomy. There is no noise outside during the night or heavy traffic driving by. The proprietors are Asian and very polite and courteous to their guests.
Review 31：I stayed here 2 separate times and then stayed at a big name hotel in between. After my night in the name brand place and then coming back, I decided I prefered Airport Inn. The rooms we large and clean, wifi and tv worked great, the location awesome and the owners and staff were so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them.
Review 32：Smell, stench of cheap dollar store room freshener. Very noisy, near main road, lots of traffic. Too many stairs and difficult to transport luggage. Couldn't wait to leave.

Quiet, clean rooms, & comfortable beds.Very nice & accommodating owners, even in a power outage...Handed us a flashlight, bottled water & gave a good discount on room. Even offered to call other motels around for us looking for an available one with power. Highly recommended!

Review 38：Could be closer to Fredericton, but it's a short drive and it is after all the Airport Inn and is very close to the airport. I have nothing to complain about.

Review 42：We were there for three nights and found everything to our satisfaction. Only thing they need to do is make sure the door to the outside is oiled as it squeaked a lot if someone went in or out at night. Would stay here again plan on staying here next year.

Review 45：This is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. We had to kill at least 10 spiders on the room wall corners. Also there was a lot of dead mosquitoes crashed on the walls inside the room. When you book a room of that price, the only thing you ask for is cleanness and it was far away from it.

Although the room was very clean, the location appeared to appeal to ants. Clearly not the fault of the owner, but likely the location. Th outside is nicely kept but needs some work. Regardless, this motel in above average and I would recommend it. I would rate it at 7.5/10
