Review 1：breakfast good have been better. Not much choice, fruit was bruised and limited. Not up to the standards for the rest of the stay

Review 9：the first room we were in had a faulty toilet which was very very slow to flush. We wish we had been given the choice of pets allowed or not, as we were with smoking room or not. We do not enjoy being in a room were a pet would have been roaming. Breakfast was to be at 7:00. The waffle machine was not turned on and by 7:25 when we left the sausages were still not ready and as at 7 we were told it would just be a few minutes..Even though it was a no smoking room , every now and then we would get a whiff of smoke.

Review 11：I had to pay extra for a ground floor room. With older people with mobility issues it is unfortunate that you donot have an elevator or someone to help customs to your room. Plus I left my very expensive "pillows" behind by accident. They are medically prescribed and are valuable to me. I'm sure that have been dumped in the garbage and I can't even be bothered to enquire. Sigh. What is your policy about items left behind by accident?

Review 17：The Hotel was easy to get to and from the highway, and the hotel was clean,and very comfortable. and the Girl on the front Desk I believe her name was Tina very friendly and helpful with our check-in. comfort Inn should be very proud to have such nice employee. here is a example how any guest feel when they are treated will both me,and Wife don't like drinking Wine out of a Paper cup or a plastic glass I spoke to Tina about this,and she found us two wine glasses how good is that. just getting those wine glasses will bring be back to this hotel.

Review 18：I did not like seeking a lot of "hair" in the bathroom or the bed! was it DOG hair. I was very upset to learn you allow pets in all rooms! I assumed you had designated rooms for pets ! hotels have enough issues with keeping and cleaning for humans let along PETS, not happy that you allow pets in your hotels. Just on a 2 week trip out east and stayed in many comfort inns but they seem to get worse as we went along. Sorry but pay a lot of money to just sleep for the night when traveling - do not and did not use any facilities except the room. When I mentioned the hair to the clerk in the morning - she mentioned some people "sneak" in their pets--- not sure what this had to do with my new CLEAN room

Review 19：We stayed one night, and were willing to pay $185 (tax included) only because it included free parking, wifi, and breakfast for the 4 of us so we could continue our travels quickly and well fed. Wifi was offline or terribly slow. Hot breakfast (avail from 7-10 am on Sat) was dismal. When we arrived at 8:30 they were out of almost everything - waffles, sausages, bagels, English muffins, butter and peanut butter. We won't be back.

Review 20：Comfortable clean room, except for heavy duvets even in August. Close to highway, so convenient as we passed through from Ottawa to PEI. Probably would be good for pet owners - there were a lot of dogs - and most were quiet.

Review 21：Breakfast hours we're not prominently posted and we were very rudely sent away from the breakfast area without being able to acquire even a minimal breakfast.

We all had cold food wondering where hot good was that was advertised. No one was around at the time to ask when we first got there and we needed to hit the road. Wasn't until later we saw someone else hand in coupon and was served hot breakfast and that someone was there. By then too late for us. We were disappointed.

Review 28：Advertised free hot breakfast, when we went down for breakfast there was no food ready, told would be 5 minutes, then all gone again. Ended up eating outside hotel. When asked for manager, told no manager working. That was a poor excuse for not dealing with your guests.

And the orange juice was so watered down it was clear There was not enough staff to manage the check in line. We were 9th in line with one lady at the desk who was answering phones, checking people in and making phone calls for others. We also stayed at a 4 star b&b for much less money and had a way more comfortable stay

Heard several people comment "should have gone to McD's. We are 4 Seniors who didn't appreciate taking bags up stairs with no elevator. When we enquired about 2 rooms onmain floor - comment was " that would be $20 more" We were not impressed. Waffles was the only hot food available when we finally got thru the line. Area needs to be enlarged by taking over one room adjacent.

Review 59：We ordered a pizza, potatoe skin (boats) and nachos...The pizza crust was soggy, the potatoe boats were disgusting! like the potatoe had been sitting in an oven all day, was brown in color with a strange taste and the nachos were burnt around the edges with very spars toppings....Not a bad place to sleep for the night, but I would suggest finding another place to eat. We didn`t have the continental breakfast in the morning because we were to turnred off by the food the previous night.

Review 64：The cost of the room. A leaflet in the room mentioned a 25% discount if we stayed 2 nights but it was denied because of the way the room was booked. This reflects badly on Comfort Inn. The bottom line is that I will never again stay at a Comfort Inn or never recommend it ti anyone.

Review 69：We travel with a dog and we prefer a room with hard surface flooring rather than carpets. Our room was near a noisy door that made a clanking sound every time people went through it which woke me up throughout the night as people came and went. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast did not start until 7am we would have preferred it at 6am so we could get on the road earlier. I would prefer a totally smoke-free hotel. The AC was very noisy and the tub did not drain when I had a shower so had to stand in dirty water over my ankles.

Review 73：As mentioned above 1. no elevators and when I told the front desk I had a lot of heavy items there was No offer to help with our stuff (single mother). Oh and no apologies from the staff. 2. WiFi was not working and when I called to front desk no apology was given. 3. I was told to use one of the the side stairways as it would provide closer access to the room (by about 10 steps). I assumed that it would be key access and it was not. Anyone can walk in to any of the entrances. Not very safe. 4. I wanted to leave earlier than the 7am breakfast start time but waited to leave until then to at least get my breakfast. I packed the car and left the room to be downstairs for 6:55 in hopes to start eating early. The room was dark. Nothing was ready! Coffee wasn't ready! Hot breakfast had not even been started. Staff walked into the kitchen at 7am. Again, NO APOLOGY....just a statement that it was supposed to be ready when they came in. The waffles didn't turn out because the iron wasnt hot enough. When we finally left at 7:25, hot breakfast was still not ready. No eggs, now sausage etc. If I hadn't been in such a rush I would have demanded some money back but I was also too angry to speak nicely to anyone. I would highly recommend not staying here for anymore than $85 a night. Certainly not worth the $160 that I paid!!!!!

Most important - the coffee dispenser was empty the entire time. There was no list of what was available from the hot item window. The server could not be understood in English. Staff did not provide WiFi password on check in. The connection was not stable.
