Review 1：We were two couples staying. Unfortunately due to it being new years eve we had no access to any dining f cilities as hotel guests. We were informed we could have a table if we paid a cover charge of 70 euros per person. We did not feel this to be an acceptable dining offer as guests. Our most negative experience was with the bar tender. She ignored us for 20 minutes while talking on the phone. We only discovered she was a member of staff after her call ended. We had to approach her. She threw down a drinks menu and when asked what was wrong she said she did not want to work and was tired! She remained unhelpful, rude and entirely missed the customer service part.

Review 2：The apartment was spacious, warm and clean. We stayed on a cold new years eve so to have lots of hot water and heat was great! We found the ancillary staff to be friendly and courteous. It is centrally located to the city centre. The bar area is comfortable.

Review 3：The worst breakfast I ever had. Even the orange juice was awful. Old carpet everywhere. I asked for a normal room, received ( without asking an apartment/suite ) and then they tried to invoice me the apartment/suite. It looks great on pictures but it should be completely stripped.

Review 5：Fantastic location close to both the shops and bars also the beach. Sea gardens is within a few minutes walk. Very close to train and bus stations Excellent service from the staff and we were made most welcome on our long weekend break to the area.

Review 6：Receptionist were very unfriendly. A lady at morning duty was rolling her eyes when I asked about lost and found item that possibly I left two weeks earlier.Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was horrible. I went across the road instead for a decent cup of coffee

Review 8：The management were quite usless and showed a complete lack care when I reported an incident very poor !!!!!. With the exception of a very few members of staff ( front end reception and a couple of the guys who were there as greeters ) who were exceptionally good the rest requirere an intensive course in customer service including the managers. Breakfast mediocre could do better. I had to spit the orange juice out as it was not fresh but very chemical in taste alomost artificial. Most of the restaurant staff looked miserable and it seemed that the guests were a something they had to bear!!!!!! I beleive this hotel has the potential of being very good hotel if they improved their overall customer service.

Review 12：A guard or receptionist (not sure) yelled at a visitor to close the door. The room was clean, but the windows, the hotel entrance door, the walls - all seem to not have been cleaned for years...

Review 13：We got there earlier and the receptionist was kind enough to help find a room. We had asked for a higher-floor room and they found us a room at the 16th floor (out of 17). The location is wonderful - in the absolute centre of the city, five minutes walking distance from the Sea Garden and the popular "Spirit of Burgas" venue.

Review 14：Only soap and towels in the restroom and no the other essential toiletries. With old facilities, elevators and room were too small for my family.

Review 17：THE SUITE WAS LIKE AN APARTMENT AND SO SPACIOUS WITH ALL YOU NEEDED INCLUDING GREAT VIEWS OF THE CITY BURGAS. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BEATS THE HILTON METROPOLE BRIGHTON HANDS DOWN.

Review 18：Building dates back to 60's or 70's, so the facade looks very dated. Reception area not very inviting, with its very dark furniture.

Review 19：Location couldn't be better, right on the pedestrian area, with easy access to the sea gardens and shops, cafes' etc. Included breakfast, buffet style. Rooms comfortable, and with excellent views across the city. Parking is available at a cost of 15lv per night, not bad for central parking, although spaces limited.

Review 20：The bath was too small, there was a soap dispenser that didn't work, even though we asked for someone to look at it, we were just sent a cleaner to fill it up but it wouldn't dispense the soap. When I ran a bath the water came out muddy brown and when I complained I was told to let it run for 10 minutes to see if it clears. So the only toiletries we had for use was a small bar of soap. The size of the bath should be advertised in advance. Finally the bar prices were way over the top 300% more than a bar outside.

Review 31：Do not stay in a regular room. They are extremely small and dingylooking. For about 30 euro/night more you can get an appt and wastotally worth it. Furnishings looked a bit dated. The hallway smelledlike cigarette smoke. Our appt had a cheap looking jacuzzi tub thatleaked - would be better if they took it out and just had a showerstall instead.
