Review 1：The room is very dirty the side of the toilet was filthy there was no plug for the bathtub it was extremely dirty under the beds never cleaned the blankets smell bad there was a mouse on the floor seriously it crossed the floor at 2 a.m. and discusting under the bed I was really disgusted and grossed out by this room

Review 8：Bed bug bited over hundred of my body. I have to stop my Vancouver tour. I lost two days for Hospital, Drug store, and Cleanning. Also still warry about the remain bed bugs and very itch all body.

Review 9：Very filthy and dirty place, lots of damage everywhere, tv not only was very old but is was not working properly either, shower was so dirty I could not convince myself to put my bare foot inside, weather was hot but no a/c in the rooms, junk yard beside the motel and safety was questionable. I think City should not allow this place to run in this condition

Review 13：The hotel is a bit aged, and equipments are not very up to date e.g. elevator was out of order, TV is not flat screen.

Review 14：the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wifi was great with no problems.The hotel is also close to bus stop and skytrain station which goes straight to Downtown.

Review 15：The property is quite old run down. Room air conditioning unit í out of date. Bedding worn out, not spic and span. Mattress is not comfortable. Location is not good.

Review 16：Did not know that a number of rooms have people rent monthly.Found out the next morning that this place has police there very often and well known in the area as a place not to go to.There was dry blood and holes on the bed blanket . Dry vomit on the one wall beside the bed.The room above us were up and moving around from 11pm to 4am. Dogs barking throughout night. Barely slept. Was there for a competition and there was nothing else in the area. Should have gone the extra 45mins to a different hotel in a different city.

Review 20：House keeping was extremely poor / Quality of bed & stinking smell from carpet. It is a old hotel, hence lots of disturbance from the guest passing on the corridor or the guests walking at upper floor above your room. To much noisy.

Review 22：The walls, bathtub, bathroom door and rug were dirty. The exterior door had a 1/2" cap underneath letting in the cold air so I used the towels to block it. The sound from neighbouring rooms and the exterior walkway could easily be heard inside the room. The staff I talked to said they had new staff and they would do more spot checks.

Review 25：The door was ripped off the cabinet in the bathroom. The towel rack was ripped off the wall. The box spring was next to falling apart. No elevator. We wouldn't stay here again.

Review 29：A person called me the day when i was still on the road and i was told i can check in at 2pm. But when i got there after 4, they have to leave us waiting outside for more than 30 minutes and i guess then they forgot us. The staff said they are fully booked so they give us the only room in which the air conditioner is broken, the kitchen water tab is broken. The room looks old and not very clean. The first day the room is not cleaned because my kid put do-not-disturb sign on the door. However the second day the room was not cleaned again when made sure the sign is make-up-room. They even charged service fee per day and required full payment in advance.
