Reviews for Palermo Loft Apartments
Review 1：Everything was loose and falling apart, poor and non existent maintenance. Door locks, towel bars, kitchen equipment, lighting, vacuum cleaner, furniture, stairs treads and much more needed replacement or repare. We spent the first hours cleaning dirt and grime off doors, light switches, dishes, kitchen equipment etc. Repairman eventually showed up but did little work.
Review 2：Good open concept and room layout, with 2 washrooms, large glazed 2 story window giving generous natural light to the living, dining , kitchen and bed room.
Review 3：If you will arrive at night they may ask for a late checkin fee of 45 USD but if not too late they may help you should communicate with them before arrival. The keys should be collected from another adress which can only be found by a taxi as there's no map for this adress in booking. And it's not at walking distance to the place you'll actually stay. The apart is so great for 2 people however for 4 it's not convenient because the sofa bed at the first floor is so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. My friends had to sleep on the floor because it was much better than the sofa bed.
Review 4：The location is perfect, there are many restaurants,bars and clubs around. The loft is great,new, clean,stylish, it has 2 bathrooms and a big balcony. At the last floor there's a big terrace and a pool. Although the pool was not opened yet when we were there, it should be awesome in summer with super view of the city. Although we didn't see them in person, the personnel was nice and helpful, they replied very quickly to our email/whatsapp requests.
Review 5：The heating was hard to control, the people on the first floor froze at night and the people upstairs were overheating.
Review 6：The two story window provided us with one of the best views of Palermo we could ask for! The apartment was in good order and very clean. Really liked that there was a stereo in the living room!
Review 7：There is some graffiti on the walls of certain buildings, schools, etc which can be deceiving at first, but the neighborhood is safe.
Review 8：The location was great. A ten minute walk to the subte or Ministro Carranza Train Station. The nightlife is vibrant full of bars, restaurants, and night clubs. Although it is a party neighborhood there is not too much noise and neighborhood is safe. If you do not like walking, you can easily take a taxi, bus, or walk to the nearest train station.
