Review 1：The hotel staff is very noisy, They speak loudly with each other on the corridor early on the morning. You have to wake up at 8:00 am(or earlier) with the other guests, because any one who closes his bedroom door creates a big noise. The restaurant menu has many options, but it's so expensive. We ordered a hamburger and the meat, which had not good quality, was terribly dry and tough, we couldn't finish the meal. It's a four star hotel that has no lift in it. We had to climb at least 3 staircases to reach our room.

Review 11：The room was average at best and not super clean. On par with a Best Western in the US. Very few people spoke English and the cost was very high because of the World Cup. Also, getting from Recife Airport is expensive and takes about an hour. Would've been nice if you could walk to town, but that is only an option on the beach during the day.

Review 18：The rooms were nothing special - more consistent with a Best Western. Virtually no one spoke English at the hotel despite what we were led to believe. The cost was excessive due to the World Cup. Transportation to the hotel from Recife airport can be expensive and time consuming. No nightlife is walkable. You must cab to Porto.

The locale around hotel is mostly rundown, with an undrained mess between this hotel and a Pousada directly inland. We had stayed here 10y ago, and nothing much good to report in way of "improvement" since those bucolic days of old...

Review 23：Desk staff marginally helpful; other service staff excellent. Beach and proximity to village (with car) very nice. Seems to be visited by broad range of clients from infants to old.

Review 24：The wifi didn't work most of the time. It's a long walk to the centre so it's better to plan to stay at the resort if you go here. Quick taxi ride but they don't use a meter so they can charge you the "standard" price which is about x3 what it would be elsewhere on a meter.

Review 26：Althought the hotel is OK the price is not according to the level of service, which is pretty high. The restaurant is very ugly, it has no ambience, the decoration, acustic and darkness makes it look like a poor public eating place, extremely poor. The food is pretty bad as well. The bawls are plastic and they put plastic plates on the tables which are disgusting. The rooms are small and cleaning is not a strenght. The beach is very agitated, not at all recommendable for kids.

Review 27：The playground for kids is nice. Personnel is very friendly. Location is fine, just 5 minutes by taxi from the village.

Review 28：Middle and low level restaurant management are not training their staff properly. We were left waiting over 40 mins for food, we experienced restaurant staff competing with guests to eat the breakfast buffet which we've never seen in a hotel before. Wifi was advertised as available in the room when it wasn't. The safe had to be fitted while we were staying in the room. No lifts/ elevators in the hotel so had to carry our luggage up 4 floors. Roof throughout hotel had holes and bits of tile fell through during a rainy night. All of this means the hotel was far from being 4 star!!!
