Vita Park Hotel is situated about half a mile from the beach, in the southwestern part of the resort in the midst of lush green nature, offering a free shuttle to the Albena beach.
The hotel works on the popular ultra all-inclusive concept offering local and international dishes, international brand drinks and other beverages included in the rate.
There is a large outdoor swimming pool and massages are offered. A sunshade and 2 lounge chairs are included in the room rate.
There is also a multi-purpose sports field, a playground and a hall for all kinds of entertainment programs.

Review 1：Worst travel experience that we have lived with my wife and our two children. The accommodation below expectations, the food horrible about that pig, some scary snack bar with really bad food, horrible pizza. They lost what the reception my wife's identity card at check in, and had to go 550 km to Sofia at the Romanian embassy for a travel passport so that we can return home at our expense of course. I do not recommend this hotel, all inclusive food is horrible the amount you pay. At the reception working youth under 20 years who are sometimes overwhelmed by the situation. Review 5：The check-in took 1 hour and 30 minutes and my little boy was verytired and hungry after the trip. The front office manager asked mewhere we are coming from and he calculated and concluded that wedidn't drive so much. So it's ok to wait longer for check-in.The rooms in the villa are very small and there is a smell likehumidity inside. The beds are very uncomfortable. We have been placedin the farest villa from the hotel dispite we have a little child. Thedistance between villa and restaurant is almost 700 metres as well asdistance between villa and Aqua Park. We had all inclusive but thedrinks were so low quality, almost water. There were no natural juicesfor children only juices made of chemicals. The beer and the cola wereso diluted with water. At the restaurant they don't have naturalcoffee, only instant like Nes-cafe. In the Aqua Park we took 7 photoson demand but the photographer didn't want to make any discount andone photo is 10 leva, almost 5 euros. The cleaning is not very good, wefound bugs and ants in the house and even biscuits from our childrenright after they did the cleaning. The doors and windows are not thatsafe to keep money or valuable things with you. The wi-fi is veryunstable in the hotel area but it doesn't work at all in thevillas. Conclusion: It doesn't worth to pay 490 euro for 3 nightsand to have these conditions.I Will never pay so much money for thatlow conditions.IT Is not 3 stars, as promoted! Maybe the hotel is 3stars, but the villas are not even 1 star.

Review 7：- we stayed 3 days and nobody cleaned our room or brang us towels - the food provided needs a little improvement (too many sauces without taste, lots of boiled meat instead of cooked in the oven. It's a pity to eat boiled duck or beef meat)

Review 17：Храната е нещото, което би могло да се подобри. Има плодове, макар и това да се свежда основно до диня, пъпеш, портокал и праскови, от време на време - круши. Месните ястия не са особено разнообразни, но пък винаги има достатъчно - постоянно се зарежда. Food could be better:)

Review 18：Хотелът е разположен в тих парк, сред много зеленина като последните етажи са с гледка към морето. Има хубава детска площадка, достатъчно басейни. Вечер не могат да се ползват, но пък се предлага вечерна анимация в своеобразен амфитеатър. Хотелът е добре поддържан. Мениджърът е много любезен и като цяло персонала е гъвкав и е възможно да се правят промени ако е наложително. Поздравления към камериерката Диана, отговаряща за 6 етаж - стаята винаги беше почистена и много добре оправена! Като цяло персоналът е учтив и много любезен, Георги от рецепцията направи всичко възможно, за да се съобрази с многото ни изисквания:) Благодарим, за което! Централната улица е на не повече от 10 мин., на около 300м има също комплекс от магазини, както и бънджи за деца. На плажа има достатъчно чадъри и шезлонги. I like the hotel at all. We stayed at the 6th floor in a room with sea view and it was perfect. It is clean, swiming pools are nice, staff is great:)

Review 20：We have stayed in a villa with 2 rooms (3 adults and 1 child). Food was ok, but no variance during the 3 days-stay. Nice that you can have drinks and food included on the beach.

Review 21：Rooms in bad condition, shower broke on our arrival, wasn't repaireduntil next day. It is ridiculous to market this as "ultra" all inclisive- food was terrible, we even got sick on our last day. Not all thesevices advertised were actually offered, although we required them acouple of times. Music at the pool too loud, animators shouting all thetime, not the kind of place if you want to relax.
