Review 1：No shampoo in the room, only soap. Also the fridge was off, although we could order anything from the room on the phone and they would bring up to us.
Review 2：The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which is what you need the most when one is travelling.

Review 11：The location was good for someone driving to Blumenau and was only a 5-10 minute walk over the bridge to one end of the main street in the historic centre. Particularly good was the breakfast.
