Review 1：I had to get the desk staff to turn on the TV. The room was very cold on arrival, turned on heater and one of the control knobs broken so could not regulate the temperature. Either to hot or to cold, not very satisfactory at all.
Review 2：Not really a bad thing but you park behind the unit but walk to the front to enter the property. There is a door in the rear but it needs an electronic key pad so quests could use it to enter from the parking area. To be fair they are remodeling and I did not ask if that is one of the things that will be "fixed".
Review 3：Nice clean property with rooms that are roomy enough. I found the bed very comfortable and enjoyed the shower, it is the type that actually sprays water not just a mist. Plus the hot water was hot right away, I did not need to wait.
Review 4：There is limited parking in front of building and ample parking in back but a little awkward getting around front to enter. The outside of the building looked just a little shabby but don't let that fool you, it's nice inside.
Review 5：Helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. You can tell by the looks of things that staff and management care.
Review 6：There was whiskers all around the sink..gross,stain on the face cloth and mold on the tile of shower ..yuck!! The silicone bead around the sink was nastey and needs to be redone...IMMEDIATELY!!! The electrical was pretty dyi, so worried about leaving my tech stuff plugged in to recharge

Review 8：The faucet in the kitchen is dripping.the faucet in bath tub is almost falling off. Wifi is very poor.we informed them but still no good. The amount we paid wasn't worth it
Review 9：One old staff was so grumpy when I checked in. I think it's a family business but he shouldn't yell at your stuff in front of customers. Also he was not very friendly to me either...I think it's just the way he speaks, but he can lose many customers because of that unfortunately. Other staffs were nice and friendly so it's too bad...
Review 10：I chose the hotel because they have 2 good size beds and has a kitchen. We stayed there for a tournament so it was very convieient location.
Review 11：Customer service was poor. They spoke a different language between the 3 of them in front of you when you first checked in. And that the ladies were on their lunch and couldn't have room ready before 3. When I called the front desk for info it was short talk and they hung up even before I said thank you and good night. TV was "green" color picture tube. When u first walked into the room it did not have a pleasant smell. Just old and rugged looking and any repairs looked like a quick fix. When you shut your door the lock felt like it was going to fall off. Once the door shut from inside your room, you could see a good inch of light shine through from the outside hallway. Fridge was in a closet but when you opened the door you had to have a good grip cuz the door was dragging on the carpet to pull open. When I checked out and returned the keys I had to wait for the person to come back as he left the lobby to check out the room"s satisfaction.
Review 12：That we had a place to stay overnight. Everything was booked with short notice. Otherwise will never stay their again.
Review 13：Staff knocked on door at 9 am asking if they could clean room. I said no asked them to come back after 11 and they knocked two mins later asking again.

Review 15：Just one small thing---traffic noise. It is on a busy street. I would definitely stay here again, but would request a room away from the street. And I know the desk clerk gave us that room with the very best of intentions---I walk with a cane and he was concerned that we be right across from the elevator.

Review 19：We tried to cancel our last nights stay two days in advance. They would not refund any of our money for that night. We left anyway since the staff was so rude and the place was a bit scary. The fold out bed was broken and the shower had a bunch of mildew on the grout. One front desk person refused to even look up when we entered the lobby. We spent as little time as possible at the hotel. There was nothing comfortable about it - not the people or the facilities.

Review 21：I think there were bed bugs because we got itchy all night. Room smells musty and old maybe because of the carpet. Bed smells so bad and the pull out bed is broken. Room is cramp.
Review 22：Despite having a small room, the airconditioning really works well! Bathroom is clean.
Review 23：Where do I start? Our vehicle was vandalized. There were cigarette burn marks (holes) in curtains,sheets, blankets,and bedspreads. There were a number of maintenance issues I won't list and I left with quite a few bug bites on my arms and legs.

Review 26：Very disappointed. Two days stay experience in Inn hotel. welcomed by a drunk person "looked like he was one of the relatives of the staff of hotel" looking after everyone as a security guard mean time chasing ladies. I was about to call 911 for help. Secondly, the room was booked originally two double bed but we received instead one cozy coach and one bed. this was not a big problem but the level of dirtiness was more serious than everything. Nothing was changed before check in and plus no help was available. All bed sheets and blankets were dirty unavailable. only one employee had to serve the entire facility. Third, it was very unsafe location. After checking-in, immediately I have noticed that an unknown person in the parking lot is trying to break in my car's window to steal something from inside, if i was not stopping him. luckily I was watching outside view from the balcony in that moment, and God saved me from a big headache. i was trying to talk to administration to get some help regarding the issues but no one willing to provide the manager's name instead avoiding the customer's complaints by faking and pretending to be a manager, speaking very unprofessional--not listening to customer complaints at all defending of hotel's staff regardless verifying the problem existed whether it was true or fauls.

Review 30：The kitchenette was clean and handy. Freezer/fridge were small, but worked fine. It was set up well for storing drinks. Bed was very comfortable and the noise level was equally agreeable. Air-conditioning was very effective.

Review 38：Being an older building, there were many maintenance items that could be attended to. For example, the patio door frame wasn't square, so the patio door would not close. This allowed in the noise from the street. The patio railing attachment to the building was iffy. As well, the metal picket fence around the property is very beat up/bent/... The beds were OK, but not high end matresses. The bar fridge in the room was missing a leg, so didn't sit flat, and rocked when you were going into it. Similar level of maintenance in the bathroom (shower grout, heat lamp, shower curtain, etc all had minor issues).
Review 39：My girlfriend liked the charm of the building, even before we stepped in the front door. The room was clean. Easy access to BC-10, BC-99, BC-91.
Review 40：Outlets didn't work so we could only charge one item at a time. Fold out sofa was more uncomfortable than most, and with flat sheets on the bottom that kept untucking all night. The fridge opens backward so you have to close up the bed and scoot it away from the fridge if you want to open the fridge door. Not a single thing to help with the "kitchenette". A couple of paper plates and plastic forks would have been helpful. Cramped. Crackers from the last guest still on the floor. No screens on the windows. Smell of smoke wafting through the room through out the night. $50 deposit for the key which I didn't know about until I arrived. The elevator is old and a bit scary! Overall it was inconvenient and not much like the pictures. But we managed.
Review 41：The manager was quick to come to the room to address concerns that fridge wasn't cooling and offered solutions. The location was OK, with restaurants and other amenities nearby. It was quiet. Not much street noise or from other guests. Didn't see any evidence of bugs. For the most part it seemed fairly clean, and smelled OK.

Review 98：Air conditioning was not working properly, doors showed evidence of previous break-ins, no chain latches on the doors to prevent kids from getting out, and there was a fire set on our floor we had to stay up for questioning from the police, and the staff didn't even apologise or check in on us just pretended like it didn't happen.
