Review 1：There are many nice pools with service to anywhere you want to sit. Hotel has a large beachfront access and showers to wash the sand upon return. There was a small entertainment area for children.

Review 2：Hi there I live in Toronto, the village is amazing spect if you are going w kids they are fantastic, the breakfast is fabulous, but the best thing there is the program they have to the kids ( tia kika) she's so nice and patience she's so lovely !! Tks village!!

Review 4：I don´t like to pay for Internet, it should be included in the daily rate. Anyway, procedure to get internet is very complicated and the internet service is very very bad.

Review 9：Staff is not up to par for international travelers. No english, no spanish. Sometimes came up too rough. Front desk staff not friendly at all, which gives a bad first impression. The location is not too great, but if you like staying at the hotel, you'll have a fine stay.

Review 10：The venue is great. The pools, the direct access to the beach, the view. The overall ambience is superb. Food is just ok, but the dinner buffet and breakfast have enough options that vary almost every day.

Review 11：Could have been a bit cleaner in the room, specifically the shower. Not overly bad, just could use some updating. Certainly wasn't as lively as I thought it would be, given the pictures on internet. WC visitors made it fun, but not sure how slow it would be on regular weekend

Review 12：Staff was very friendly. Was there for the World Cup and it was a good time. I thought the beach was great, along with the pools. I enjoyed the location as it was close enough to the village itself for night life or just hang at the hotel.

Review 16：We had a problem with our first room (noisy neighbor), but the staff moved us to a great room without any hassles. The food was excellent and the staff were all incredibly friendly. I was impressed that they even staffed the hotel with additional English speakers during the World Cup. Very thoughtful. No complaints, this place was paradise.

Review 17：These are not things I did not like, just things to be aware of: you are an hour walk from Porto de Galinhas (we liked being that far away as the beach was not crowded with peddlers), the water has strong currents but you can still go swimming or surfing. Everything else is fantastic.

Review 18：They were very helpful, beautiful resort, four great pools, the hotel hired an interpreter for non-Portuguese speaking guests, they helped with travel to/from Porto de Galinhas, Recife, and the airport. The food was good, the entertainment was provided nearly every night, the beach is beautiful, and an overall great resort. All the rooms have hammocks and the end rooms have a wrap around balcony.

Review 43：AC in my friend's bedroom didn't work well and there were tiny ants on the wall behind the bed. Tip: Pull bed away from wall and lift bed skirt from touching floors, in case they haven't got rid of ant problems. No ants on my friends room though.

Other than breakfast, which was included, we only ate here once. Internet is spotty, at best, but we were told they are doing the best they can with what is available currently. Review 49：In all the other places we stayed along the beach, you tell a guy where you want your umbrella and he puts it in the sand for you. At this place they are all fixed in concrete in a tiny cramped area. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Review 55：The staff looked tired and demotivated, room was a bit old, balcony windows were hard to open. There was no information about room services, like a menu or laundry prices, we had to call reception for everything. There are no lifts to the rooms, so if you have a problem with stairs, be sure to ask for a room on the ground floor. I was pregnant at the time and had a toddler with me, they knew about it as I asked for a cot at the booking, but still was put on the 3rd floor :-(

Review 56：The pools were wonderful, easy access to the beach and beautiful environment. Breakfast was amazing, lunch and dinner not expensive (if you are paying in dollars, I believe for brazilians it was a bit too much). We also enjoyed the live music in the afternoons. The hammocks in the garden were our favorite part, very nice to relax.

Review 57：Only several staff spoken Engllish & communications in Portuguese was a struggle. No wash clothes and rooms pretty basic compared to the US. Bring your own bar of soap. Theirs are small and waxy. Small ants in 3rd floor room. Bug spray didn't help.

Review 60：The overall of the town was disappointing. The road leading to the hotel was extremely poor. Also, couldn't find any good places to eat other than the hotel, but the food there was very good and reasonably priced.

Review 62：This place is probably a bit more family-orientated than we had expected, so the pools were pretty much overrun with unruly children. Food in the hotel was underwhelming, but there is the option to take a taxi into town or walk about 2 miles along the beach.

Review 63：Don't be deceived if you arrive at high tide, when the water is out the beach here is spectacular. The resort welcomed us with a bowl of fruit, I suspect they misinterpreted us as honeymooners. It was welcomed, nonetheless.
