Review 1：That was the most horrible bed I've ever slept in! The mattress was awful! The cleaning was not good enough - there was a long black hair between the sheets! The parking space is not big enough to cover the guest rooms!

Review 3：The hotel rooms are very old and small. Definitely need renovation. They also need to put better signs leading to the hotel as it is quite difficult to find among the whole Izvora complex. The WiFi not good as well. The signal comes and goes.

Review 5：The entire complex is very worn-out and needs renovation. We asked a double bed and got two separate spring beds (not spring mattresses, the really old spring beds with a thin mattress on top). Restaurant was crowded and after waiting 20-30 minutes for a table you need to wait 40-60 minutes to get our order. Really bad restaurant service and the food was definitely not worth it. bathroom was the worst. Lack of ventilation made moisture and bad smell come into the bedroom. Toilet was barely fixed in one place, so you had to be carefull.

Review 7：The room was dark and depressing. The floor was filthy. The shower door was broken. Cobwebs and mosquitoes in the bathroom. Swimming pool was small and chilly.

Review 9：The free wi-fi only applied to the public areas, there was no internet in the rooms. Also, we were supposed to receive double rooms but we got rooms with two separate beds.

Review 10：Facilities and furniture are very, very old - not because the retro style of the place, but because of the many years without any repairs and renovation. Beds are in awfull condition. Staff is highly unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast is poor without any service. Totally incompatible with the three stars of the hotel and the price of the rooms.

Review 12：I booked a suite to sleep 4, expecting 2 bedrooms, or at least two double beds. I got one bedroom and a couch that expanded into a bed. The bathroom was in the bedroom, so whoever slept on the couch, had to come in to use. We were there for only one night, so this was not a huge deal, however it would have caused problems if we were staying for longer. The other con is the pool. It is about 1.80 m deep end to end, which makes it impossible for small children to splash, unless they had a floating device of some sort. No store in Arbanasi sells floating devices, you either have to know to bring one or go to Veliko Turnovo or Gorna Oriahovica to try and buy it. People who can't swim well may not be able to use it too.

Review 13：I liked the overall setup of the hotel, the decor is done in traditional Bulgarian style. The location is nice, away from the city, quiet, fresh air. The restaurant- the food and the service were excellent! Breakfast was included, it was very nice continental breakfast.

Review 14：Access to hotel too tight and the parking area is a nightmare. Need a bigger toaster / more toasters for breakfast.

Review 20：We really loved the hotel,the stuff, the food but most of it the atmosphere. It's great to visit if you are a foreign turists!

Review 21：Not possible to sleep. Very bad and too much used mattresses. Spent 2 nights here. After the first night, we requested to change the room. The bed in the second room was even worse! A hole right in the middle of mattress! No respect for the customer when offering such conditions to sleep. Owner should really consider changing these very old mattresses. Wireless not working very well.

Review 22：Garden is really nice, location is perfect and restaurant I recommend with pleasure. Lady at reception did her best to keep us satisfied.

Review 23：... but maintenance has been neglected. Result: shabby look, too creaky stairs, window not opening at all and terrace door not closing properly; room not vented before arrival; site-promised "spa" (jacuzzi, sauna etc) not really available during our stay, staff only offered to call-in a masseur. True, at payment they reduced price to compensate for above deficiencies.

Review 29：We lived in a Suite. Cleaning of the rooms was not performed, the smell from the zoo and the noise from the ventilation of kitchen, very uncomfortable old bed and sofa. Dirty everywhere. Evening water the lawn so that it is impossible to go number not blotting.
