Review 1：The staff were poorly trained (check in took ages after we had telephoned the hotel as it was locked and staffless) The breakfast was basic and I'm being kind.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities are great for a three-star hotel, the room even had a safe box and two small balconies. The bathroom was entirely new and the room far from basic as we expected. Definitely a good value for money.
Review 5：Shower cabin was missing a bolt on one of the doors, which made for clunsy opening and closing. Toilet seat was loose, needs tightening of bolts.

Review 12：The balcony was amazing, I could have stayed there all day...the rooms were great and the air conditioning unit was needed, it got really hot...and the air conditioning worked a treat.
Review 13：The fantastic bar was not open. It is such a great space and we would have loved to have a drink there. The pillows need to be renewed - they are flatter than pancakes. The directions to the hotel were dreadful. The breakfast was too basic. I would suggest that they offer no breakfast or give the very nice waitress more scope with it. Frankly airline meals are better, but I got the impression that the waitress would like a better budget.

Review 49：The receptionist couldnt crack a smile on our arrival; the 30 cigarette stubs in the ashtray on the balcony were an unwelcome feature; the inner curtain and carpet had never experienced a cleansing; the bed was essentially unmade; and the final straw was there was no hot water: "oh yes we know about it, we're very sorry but it will only be attended to tomorrow". And so we checked out half an hour after arrival. To their credit they did not insist on charging.

Could benefit from having a map to provide guests and an Englishmenu translation, the restaurant staff didn't speak much English andgot a bit flustered. They were so lovely it might just make their jobsa bit easier!
