Review 1：Old bldg stairs not to code too steep. Beds hard hot water takes a long time to get hot. The fridge where they sold pop from they admitted wasn't working properly and so it was not cold. No breakfast.

Review 11：The place is old and dirty. Old TV, old furniture and old infrastructure. This place needs some major upgrading. I would not stay there again.

Review 18：Don't stay at this hotel if you are travelling on a motorcycle! We found out the hard way! The hotel is located across the street from a CBC Radio facility. The CBC tower frequency suspended the electronic security system our Harley Davidson which meant we could not start the bike. The kicker was that the hotel staff were fully aware of the issue and didn't say anything at check -in or at any other time (when the were outside smoking and saw my husband arrive on the bike)...all we got in the morning when the bike wouldn't start was "oh yah, that happens all the time". Unbelievable! The only remedy (shared with us by the local Harley dealer) was to push the bike over a kilometer away from the hotel, and the radio frequency, and the bike started.
Review 19：living area had crumbs on the floor, there was 2 remotes for the TV and the furniture was old and worn and the wall paper peeling in spots. It definitely needs to be renovated.

Review 21：Almost didn't get a room, they had said that they were full because they had canceled their bookings online.therefore I didn't get the queen size bed/ the room I had booked.

Review 29：The City Motel offered no frills cheap and cheerful accommodation. A little dated without any easy access outlets and no USB stations. Bathroom and TV was a little tired but it was clean and very reasonable. I would stay there again if I am passing through Fredericton looking for a bed.
Review 30：Smell of hotel when you enter. 10 $ fee for my dog was ridiculous. Carpet. Bath has black stains in it. Decor was so out dated.

Review 36：Old infrastructure so air conditioner wasn't very good and keeping going on and off during night. Fridge didn't keep drinks very cold even on highest setting. Not enough electrical outlets and used extension cord without a power bar which is a fire hazard. Shower head was small and not very powerful and the water temperature kept changing. Would never stay there again.

Review 44：I was travelling by motorcycle and expected parking in front of my room, however, this is not a motel layout as there is only a primary entrance to all rooms. While ultimately I was satisfied with the motel, I would not have chosen this had I known of the parking arrangements - this should be more clearly spelled out in their online description of the facility.
Review 45：Had dinner in the motel dining room for convenience. While menu was fairly simple, the meal was good and staff was very friendly !

Review 64：The "gym" could use some updated equipment, considering there is no pool. A trip to Sears might be a good idea. Use at your own risk, the equipment is well used, and abused. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. And getting in and out of the property is annoying, there is no other entrance, so you sit in traffic and hope some kind soul will let you in, or out, as there is no other entrance. For and extra 10 dollars somewhere else, and a pool, gym, and hottub, and easier access, we may reconsider returning, .

Review 73：There was a musty smell when we first walked in, the door knob needs to be fixed, it did lock, i just had an uneasy feeling, that the door knob had a hole in it where the lock would have gone. Was disappointed that the restauarant wasnt open, but understand. The room definetly needs updating, and something done with the floors, i didnt feel that the price reflected that. I can't comment on the gym, just didn't have time to go. We would probably stay again, but at a better price, too bad there is no pool.
