Located in the Albena summer resort on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast, this hotel provides free WiFi access in public areas. The property offers all-inclusive plus and dine around services.

Review 1：Overall, it is a great place to spend your vacation. The staff is just great and friendly, the hotel is clean and near places you can walk by in the evening. The food is a little bit strange, mainly the meat is done using some local spices, but if you're not too picky, you should be just fine.

Review 2：WiFi connection wasn't so good on the room. The bus that was transporting guests from hotel to beach was used by other hotels in the area and was always full, almost impossible to go up with a baby stroller.

Review 6：Acceptable accomodation and medium cleaneliness, however not according to the 3 stars. Food was very bad, almost all dishes taste bad (and similar to eachother) and you can't clearly say what they contain. All meat is semi-boiled and close to raw, no matter what the dish is. Most times we ate only pasta with sour cream - the only thing i felt comfortable eating and giving to my 7 years old kid. Personnel is not amiable, they never smile or say thank you and they do not accomodate any special requests (for example to warm some milk at breakfast).

Review 13：The communication skills of the staff is vague and confusing. They say there is a free shuttle going to the beach, We did not find it, there are no signs. We were told at the reception desk (17:00) that we can eat at the beach bar but upon arriving there (17:15) the bartender there shoved very rudely a sign in our face that read they service people from the hotel up until 16:30. I got food poisoning from the last day breakfast. The hotel was full and the food was not properly prepared.

Review 23：In one week, no cleaning of the room was done. Toilet paper finished andnobody replaced it. Far from the beach. Beach bar opens late, at 11.30am No benches near the hotel in the green areas. As I was taking walkswith the baby I didn't have where to sit.

Review 25：1. No initial info provided to guests (shuttle timing, beach location, etc.)2. VERY dirty rooms 3. BAD food quality 4. NO organisation in the canteen - naked people walking in, big queuing for food - waiting in hours to get preferred choice of food 5. reception not well organised - 3 requests for towel and soup not answered in 5 days!!! As a summary - I shall never ever attend the same hotel and even Albena as a resort! The resort has considerably deteriorated as service and organisation. Facilities are very old not well maintained as well.

Review 26：Animators were friendly and helpful; beach was far away but shuttleservice was well organised. Availability of beach bar with food was verycomfortable from a logistics point of view. Quality of food at beach barwas acceptable. Pool was just the right size.

Review 27：Small and unconfartable room. Dirty old bed sheets and towels. Poor animation. Very noisy! If you are with small children or baby do not stay at this hotel. No way to sleep until 04:00 a.m. The food was not so bad but the same every day. I would never come back!
