Review 1：More toiletries and kitchen cooker was broken.

Review 2：Very good location near los leons metro. Very good neighbourhood with tons of restaurants supermarkets and banks near by. The apartment was value for money with great view of Andes from the balcony.

Review 3：Fridge was rather noisy, had to meet with person from company for payment which was rather inconvenient.

Review 7：When I get there I had to wait one hour in the lobby because the Concierge was not aware, The description on Booking told the apartment had air conditioning and it hadn't. The office try to charge me 5%, then 3% and then embed in the exchange rate a tax for paying with Credit Card though, on Booking, was only described they accept credit cards, without citing any fee.

Review 9：Got moved to another apt block 1hr before. We were meeting my daughter no one could get Intouch with her.apt was not to stNdard and person who came to collect the money was really rude and unaccommodating ! Apt really noisy ! Awful experience!

Review 10：Flat had not been cleaned properly: upon arrival bedclothes had stains, bathroom was dirty, stove was filthy and surfaces and appliances were smeared and greasy. Would not stay there again because of this.

Review 11：Good little flat in a safe building in an excellent location with a comfy bed and all the necessary facilities for a short stay.

Review 12：The apt did not have a phone that I could use to make local calls. It did not have wi fi either. The porter down at the lobby of the apt building did not know the name of the hotel, (Studio Suites) because it is not a hotel, it is an apt. building in which the owner of one of the apts. rents it as an aparthotel. Communication with the owner was deficient and caused many confusions. I recommend future guests to ask for the number of the apt. so the porter at the lobby may know where to direct you.
