Review 1：Location was perfect for us as we got into Burgas very late and left late the next day - it was close to the train station. Pretty close to the main area.

Review 2：Staff - not helpful at all. It was a real effort for them to say a simple hello and smile. Breakfast - not much choice and food just didn't seem nice. For less than 10 lev you can have delicious breakfast in any of the cafes on the main street, so we didn't even bother with breakfast at the hotel.

Review 4：During my stay i have suffered lack of water, constant lack of Internet, problems with electrical network in the room. I do not recommend although great location of hotel.

Review 5：the sofa in the living room was broken and sleeping on it was not nice; air conditioning was not working properly in the living room, the bathroom has a window (with no curtains) towards the living room which is a strange solution esp. for families with older children

Review 7：1. The website states there is paid and free parking, But on arrival there is no such free parking. On arrival I had to find park parking over 300m away. Asking reception where is the free parking I was shown it was on the public road outside which was packed with normal public parked cars. And told if I wanted to be closer to the hotel one must pay extra parking charge. On check-out I was informed that the free parking area use to have 'hotel reserved signs" but Joe public kept moving them so the said signs are now in 'paid parking' area. Even so one cannot enter the 'paid parking' on arrival and must first find some where to park in the busy centre then a long walk to the reception to open the barrier then the walk back to the car to remark the car. Advertising "free" parking is a con 2. The balconies are so small that one cannot put a chair to sit on, or for two people to stand. 3. The breakfast fried, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages where stone cold with cold plates, coffee was in an unmarked water urn (not nice for tea), 'hot tea water, in a full kettle of cold water. Even if the food was hot by the time you wait for the kettle to boil, find the cold milk and then wait to use the one domestic toaster the food would probably be cold.

Review 10：all the in room facilities were problematic. The shower didn't drain properly and the shower head was squirting out the water from side leaks in the head. The tv would not turn on, but I didn't need to use it so no issue was made. Just all the facilities seemed to be broken down within the room

Review 17：I booked a suite and was most pleased with layout, it is not in a position for a good view but I didn't expect one, quiet for a central hotel and only two minutes walk to the Main Street, reserved parking is a must in this part of town, all staff most friendly and helpful

Review 18：I came to the hotel at 1 a.m. and have left it at 16.00, I was asking for a late check-out because I had a meeting in the Burgas area. They have charged me for two days of staying (for 15 hours) in the hotel more than a 100 Euro and refused to help me.

Review 19：The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and unreliable. The bed was ok, but the pillows were really high and uncomfortable. The breakfast had some choice, but don't expect wide variety. Some of the products seemed old, we found mold growing on some of the pieces of bread. The juice it's not freshly made, it's not even made by fruits but it's a simple Tang and it was awfully sweet. When we were leaving we were held waiting at the reception desk until the stuff got confirmation that we didn't stole something from the minibar or caused some damage to the room. Truly awful treatment of the guests!

Review 20：The hotel is very near to the main street, the train and bus stations. The beach and the park are also not far away.

Review 21：- The air conditioning system was barely functioning. - The fan in the bathroom was clogged, so that after taking a shower the bathroom was wet and stuffy for more than an hour. - The shower curtain was sticky and dirty. - After the maid "cleaned" the room, we found the bed cover thrown in the corner of the room. - We found an old blister of pills between the bed and the bed stand when we first entered the room. - The breakfast was awful and obviously prepared days ago.

Review 63：No swimming pool (for some reason, I assumed that it had, maybe Imisread the brochure, so I was disappointed as I had travelled with ayoung child who wanted to go swimming). Also generally no publicfacilities or services at all. The resturant on the top (5th) floor wasonly open for breakfast and then they promptly asked us to leave as theywere shutting, informing us that it "doesn't open in theseason"! I wanted to smoke a cigar somewhere but there was nowherein the hotel to do so, so I had to go to the nearby pedestrian streetand sit on a bench. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, the receptionwas staffed but a poor-humoured and rather rude woman who obviouslythought that guests arriving were a major inconvenience to her life.Next day there was a young man on reception who was a lot more friendlyand helpful - thus my opinion of staff is very mixed. In general if youare looking for a clean and convenient bed for the night and then movingon next day, this is a good choice, but expect nothing more.

Review 64：The hotel is ideal if you have a short stopover in the town and want tobe right next to the main pedestrian area for shopping and restaurants.The hotel is also very close to communication hubs such as the train station, so as a stopover/passing-through pause, it doesn't get much more convenient. The pedestrian area offers several good restaurants within 10 minutes walk (best one is Ocean on LHS about 300m from hotel), and most things a medium Bulgarian town has to offer. The hotel itself is modern, clean and has some parking.

Review 65：Brekafast was under my expectations for a 4star hotel. Very limited, old looking and also bad tasting. I trully suggest improving the breakfast. Non english speaking breakfast staff.

There are few parking lotsoutside of the hotel, so it can be difficult to leave the car in frontof the entrance (or close enough to it). Breakfast is good.

Review 70：The air conditioning was totally inadequate. Heaven knows what it would be like in the heat of summer! The maintenance man was very unhelpful. it was very difficult to find driving round a oneway system. We had been booked in for two nights but decided we had to leave. The suite was so stuffy and hot.

Review 72：Very nice modern hotel in a great location close to the main shopping street and transport links. It's a 15 minute walk to Burgas' beautiful beach and the lovely 'sea garden' park. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast is in the modern top-floor restaurant and you can enjoy a very nice morning buffet while enjoying views over the city.

Review 73：When I arrived (late in the evening) the receptionist was quitesurprised that I had a booking. However, once I showed the emailconfirmation of my reservation I was given a room. The coffee was awfulwhile breakfast was just ok.

My advice you should pay the hotel's fee as leva (1 leva =1.95 Euro) because In Bulgaria currency exchange is a little bit problem. So the Hotel is very good for city trip...

Review 78：The balcony of the room was rediciously small, 2 people can stay on it, tightly sticked to each other (it is under 1m2). Our room view was next to a business building wich is too close, but in the heart of the city you can live with this (all restaurants and shops are so close).
