Review 1：I was treated horribly here and don't recommend this hotel or the Canadian which is run by the same people. Go to the econo save yourself from being treated that way.

Review 3：Atrocious Internet service. It kept dropping and then for several hours didn't connect at all. The front desk person said they've been having trouble since a windstorm but I saw no sign that they did anything to address it. If it had been just the ISP then it would have likely been just internet dropping, but the router was dropping me too, suggesting their router had a problem. She didn't even seem to care. I wasted a tremendous amount of time reconnecting and eventually had to head to McDonalds. If a hotel promises "high speed Internet" then they should have functioning service! Also, they really need to clean the room carpeting. My feet were filthy after being barefoot in the room for a couple of hours.

Review 4：I was coming from the border and the location is great. There is a fair selection of places to eat nearby. It's also not too far from the skytrain if you want to head into downtown

Review 5：The room was smoking when I asked for a non smoking room, there where stains all over the floor I would rather sleep in my car then stay here ever again!!!!!.

Review 7：Bugs in the room, wifi didn't work most the time, couldn't even use a blow dryer without it blowing the breakers in the room, the housekeeper didn't seem to care when she came to turn the breaker on, and the lady at the front desk didn't care about our needs either.

Review 9：the tub in my room was cracked in many places and the air conditioner was basically on the floor next to one of the beds so even when it was on it didn't cool the room there were a lot of stains in the room and a lot of drug addicts roaming the premisses

Review 24：When we got there, we looked up reviews and heard horrific things about it. Then inspecting closer; it wasn't very clean, it had blood on the shower mat, there were dark hairs under the sheets, and the non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

They said if you want to use go to the hotel next to us!! It was ridiciolus!! And there was a fliying ants outside.door wasnt good and they were coming inside!! we didnt get much sleep!!

Review 30：Had problem with bathtub not draining in one of our rooms - Told the front desk but never completely fixed. Many Rooms have outside entrances rather than a central indoor hallway. Not one of ours, but had 3 rooms broken into our last night. Had several homeless-looking folks hanging around the property. Never threatened us but raised our concern.

Review 32：Our room looked as if someone had been staying in it. The comforter on the bed was rumbled but clean. The arm chair was old and needed cleaning - dark, dirty spots on the arms and head area. The carpet was dirty. It looked like this room was not usually rented to the public, but was perhaps being used on the long weekend to accommodate anyone who would stay in it. While we were getting ready to leave the next morning, a person, who appeared to be homeless, came from the back of the property and hung out while we were packing the car. He tried to talk with us and said that we didn't need to close the room as he would be moving in as soon as we left! Since other persons who've commented on this website have not reported a similar experience, we have decided that we had been given a room not normally used for the public. There was no clock or fridge in the room, and light could be seen between the door and the threshold. There were no other hotel rooms available in the area, or we would have tried to cancel our reservation. Since we had a reservation that could not be cancelled without paying for the room, we decided to stay. Otherwise, our stay was safe and uneventful. I have said I would not recommend this motel to others based on our experience, but I would recommend that people ask to check out the room before making a final decision.

Review 34：Carpeting is about to crumble under your feet!! Could have bed bugs, I woke up with bites but for cheap rate what would I expect and the bathroom was horrible! Bathtub is about 100 yrs old, drain plug is broken and so is faucet. People sleeping in parking lot!!

Review 36：The non smoking room was filthy and smelled heavily of smoke. It didn't go away at all even after opening windows, airing with airconditioner, etc. Internet/Wifi was not working and vendo machine was not working as well but ate the coins nonetheless - but the guy at the counter was nice and took my son to the next inn to use internet and gave us a bottle of water. But the worst is the smell of the room and the filthy rug. Also got some insect bites the day after, not sure what they were.

Review 37：Location is easy to find but note that this is a suburb. You can easily find places to eat as the motel has not food facilities. Fast check in and check out.

Review 38：The room was filthy. There was hair on the bed sheets. The curtains, bedskirts, and carpet were staind and not clean. The bathroom floor was grimey. The tub enamel was peeling off. The toilet wasnt sanitized. The sink faucet was missing the plastic screw cover there were no stoppers.

At that point his wife intervened, and opened the facitities behind the locked door in our unit,.Not a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were considerably smaller than comparable motels.
