Review 1：There was an ashtray full of cigarettes on the outside patio. As a nonsmoker it was a turn off.
Review 2：Beautiful house with a great view. Incredible breakfast. I never tasted potatoes this good. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean and well stocked. While it is put of the way of main attractions, it is eorth the short drive.

Review 5：Everything was topnotch, every detail was thought of, there wasn't anything we lacked. Warm welcome, generous hosts who made us feel at home, and very luxurious accommodations in a gorgeous environment made our stay a memorable and amazing experience!
Review 6：This bnb was very wonderful. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. They made a delicious breakfast in the morning that was very memorable. The location is in a residential neighbourhood and there is not much close by, but a short drive to other destinations. Definitely would recommend this place!
Review 7：We had made arrangements to check in early, which we did. However, when we returned later in the evening, our room had not been cleaned nor had the sheets been changed. We found one clean sheet and a duvet cover in the dresser so we used them. We also had to look around the house for some toilet tissue as our ensuite had no paper.

Review 9：Very welcoming owners. A fantastic view across the Fraser river. We sat watching the humming birds on the deck for entertainment mostly, though there was a dedicated home cinema room if you preferred. Absolutely the BEST breakfast I've ever had - even in 5 * hotels, let a lone a B&B!!!

Review 13：Spacious super comfy room, with massive picture windows overlooking the Fraser River. Three and four course breakfasts that were truly wonderful... Fresh fruit, fresh baking... Oh my!
Review 14：We enjoyed spacious rooms, choices of lounging areas in the house, air conditioning was important when we were there and there were plenty of , available drinks and snacks. Like the name says, the river view was very good and it can be taken in from a very large deck with comfortable seating. Observing wild birds at feeders was interesting and Lynne served up a big, tasty, healthy breakfast with lots of variety; from fresh fruit and yogurt to pancakes, potato cakes, eggs and sausage and bacon.
Review 15：Light switches were rather weird, hard to figure out. The facility was fully equipped, including a billiard table, but was more than what we needed. Tile floors are hard on the feet.

Review 17：Lynn and Jim pampered us. She had a birthday cake awaiting our arrival with candles ready to light! Breakfast was amazing, all of the birds and views delightful and our stay a wonderful treat on every way for both couples.

Review 20：From the moment we made contact, Lynn was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. She welcomed our golden retriever, and our golden was welcomed by Lynn's two little ones, Abby and Josie. Our breakfast was out of this world. Lynn's scones and pancakes, complete with fresh fruit, cereal, hash browns, sausages and bacon, coupled with a stupendous view of the mountains and Fraser River made our stay a not to be forgotten home to hang our hats for the night. We felt so welcomed by both Lynn and her husband, Jim, that we didn't want to leave. I cannot recall staying at a nicer B and B. Thank you Lynn for everything. Your hospitality and generosity of character is exceptional. Until next time......
Review 21：We had a lovely stay. Lynn was nice enough to accommodate us early so we could get ready for our family wedding that afternoon. The kids loved the surround sound, movies, games and cookies.. Grandma was happy to have her own room.. And the Breakfast was superb! We will definitely stay again next time we are in chilliwack:)

Review 24：We tripped in BC for golf excursion. Jim advised us on the selection of local golf course to play. It was so helpful for us. We appreciated Lynne and Jim's help with our barbecue dinner at their terrace and we enjoyed chatting with them and their cousin who happened to be staying with them. Access to the Chilliwack town was good while we could spend two peaceful nights in the riverside cosy suite. I stayed with my two friends. The two queen size bed rooms and a comfortable couch in the living area were suffice for us to sleep. A/C was just perfect. We enjoyed pool table too.

Lynn made some of the best breakfasts I've ever had including a fresh rhubarb and strawberry pie our last morning there! Lynn - don't hate me if all your guests expect fresh pie on their last day there!

Review 54：Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The accommodation provided was perfect for us and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was beautifully cooked topped off with homemade cakes. Being in an elevated position on the hillside, the view was great and we sat and watched the birds feeding on the patio.

Review 56：We had to travel to Chilliwack for a couple of family events and were looking for something convenient but which would also offer a bit of an 'escape/oasis'. We found it!! It started with a smooth booking, great communication and when we arrived, we could not have asked for more. The location was perfect, the hosts were welcoming, and the home provided the escape/oasis we needed. The views were beautiful from pretty much anywhere in the home. Watching the birds at breakfast with the river and the mountains as the backdrop was awesome. Jim informed us that Lynne serves 'Breakfast All Day'. We quickly learned that 'Breakfast all Day' meant there was no need to eat the rest of the day after enjoying one of Lynn's ample breakfasts. Not only did Lynn make us fantastic breakfast, she was more than flexible and great company. Lynne and Jim definitely have the gift of hospitality. The home was beautifully decorated, peaceful and it was the best sleep we have had in a while.
Review 57：We liked the owners Lynn and JIm. They were very inclusive and made us feel welcome. Lynn is an excellent cook, breakfast is a real treat. We liked it so much, we visited again when we returned to Vancouver. The views are stunning and the house is located in a quiet, beautiful spot. We look forwards to visit again.
