Review 8：How warm and cosy the bed and bedroom was. We have stayed in other hotels in Bourgas but none compare to the comfort at Hotel Chiplakoff. Also the restaurant - the food was fabulous!!
Review 9：Lovely hotel, beautiful building, very quiet and in the same time walking distance to main Aleksandrovska str. Room was well equipped with quality furniture, good linen and very comfortable bed. Introduction from reception was great and I also enjoyed the in-house restaurant, highly recommended! I needed to have early breakfast before the starting hour and it was immediately arranged. Thank you for taking all the care and looking forward to see you soon again!
Review 10：The breakfast sortiment was too simple and dull. At first, our room did not match with our reservation, had though a chance to move at the second day. The shower was incovenient. Some cleaning ladies were a little bit rude sometimes.

Review 12：When I leaved the room they ask me if I consumed something from the mini bar and I said firmly "No", but nevertheless, they made me wait to see if this is so, i.e. if I lie! I find this very offensive - because even I lie, which is not the case, everything should be included in the room price anyway, so this spoiled a little bit my good impression of the hotel...
Review 13：Amazing restaurant! I traveled a lot around the world, but I`ve never eaten so delicious food anywhere! I sincerely recommend it even for one dinner when you are in Burgas.

Review 20：The location is a bit far from things, but that's my fault for not noticing before booking. Our toilet was leaky (and this is a typical Bulgarian wet bathroom where the shower and the toilet is all together so we'd be showering while standing in toilet water) and when I asked for an extra small towel to put around the base of the toilet the lady tried to give me a dirty dish towel from the bar. Gross.
Review 21：The breakfast was nice. The WiFi was good. Some of the staff were very nice, some were not.
Review 22：No lift. 3 Breakfast choices are omelett or pancakes or Bulgarian doughnuts. Fortunately there is a bakery just across the road. The shower is just in the toilett and the sink. It was ok after we got used to it.

Review 24：We stayed at an attic on 3F. It was clean but there was no lift. Wifi was unreliable, no shower screen, no hair drier (you need to borrow one at the reception), there was only one teacup. Breakfast was freshly made but the choice was a bit restrictive: 3 pieces of crepes, French toasts, omlets or cereal. They don't have city maps to give away.
Review 25：Location is pretty central with a market & a large supermarket nearby. To go to the airport, they can call a decent taxi (fare would be around 13 lev). 15% discount at a restaurant downstairs, which we found surprisingly excellent.
Review 26：No separate shower, it's part of the bathroom, and makes a big watery mess all over the place. Our coffee cups and drinking glasses were not replaced each day with clean ones, so we had to wash it ourselves.

Reserved parking space was a great bonus (this needs to be booked when reserving a room) Taxi ride back to hotel from town centre only 5 lev (less than 2 quid ). Hotel is set in a quiet area, no night time noise.

Review 39：I liked this small but nice hotel though I stayed here only for one night. The girl at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The single room was rather small but comfortable, with air conditioner, free tea and coffee, TV, minibar, shower (that funny type of shower in the middle of the bathroom - it's very common in Bulgaria and I have no problem with it especially when I stay alone). The design is also nice. I had to leave early and so didn't have breakfast at the restaurant and cannot say anything about it, but I was happy to have a meal pack from them, so I could have breakfast on my way.
Review 40：Shower is in the center of the bathroom (between the sink and toilet) so everything gets wet. My room was facing the alleyway which was not great. It's a little bit of a walking distance from the main area, would have like to have been closer.
Review 41：Really nice hotel for your money, receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is good but still a 10 min walk into the center and 20 minutes to the beach. Nice quiet location, not much to do nearby, hotel restaurant was great and they give you 15% off as a hotel guest. breakfast was basic but plenty of food.

Review 45：After a few small initial issues Mubena ( Beny ) looked after us very well . The restaurant is excellent. We ate nowhere else and there's a 15% discount for residents. It's a 10 min. walk to the pedestrian area and the gorgeous beach and sea gardens are a further 10 mins beyond that.. .Lots of bars and restaurants in that area. There's the free use of bikes at the hotel too which I availed of. Burgas is a lovely place to visit. Go there !!
Review 46：Everything was awesome, the breakfast is delicious - you can choose from a few kind of dishes -, the rooms are clean and convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. The beach is ~20 minutes by foot, and there are small shops (bakery, fruit market) near the hotel.

Review 55：Only 5 parking slots for 15 rooms. You are lucky if you got it! Even if you book it before it doesn't mean that you will have it. Poor and small breakfasts. Stupid bathing system without shower cubicle. Dark room and high inside temperature even if AC works continously. There should be at least tasty and filling breakfast for this amount of money.

Newly decorated with very good taste and preserved authenticity but at the same time with modern facilities and conveniences. Very helpful staff and dissent English. Restaurant has good choice and quality of food. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
