Review 1：Room and facilities old, worn and in need of complete renovation/replacement. Wife ultimately determined that she would rather sleep in the car... So we paid but didn't stay. Fortunately was able to book into a much newer motel but paid 2x.

Review 3：Peeling paint in the room, cracks in the wall, air conditioner not secure, door hard to open and close, paint peeling in the bathroom. Found Holiday Inn Express in a better location with an included breakfast.

Review 5：The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the new owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will stay there anytime I am in Fredericton. Positive experience!

Review 6：I do not think the hotel would pass a health and safety inspection. We could smell garbage from outside, the hotel smelled like smoke, toilet leaked, the shower had mold, the pot light in bathroom had no cover, the beds caved to the middle...just to name a few.......

Review 7：The hotel is in the state that it needs more than a refreshed renovation. We have asked to see the room before booking, which was agreed very kindly by the reception person. Finally, we have visites a room which was clean and comfortable with a good mattress. We have decided to take it.

Review 8：The reception was good and friendly. The location was ideal because we wished to leave early to continue our travel and did not want to enter the city and be stucked into the traffic in the morning.

Review 9：Took some time to locate and bring a remote for the TV No ice available. No glasses in the room. Coarse and uncomfortable face cloths. Tiny soap for shower. No breakfast Strange signs placed throughout room and bathroom.

Review 11：The room smelled terribly. It smelled like a dirty cat litter box. To mask the smell they put in a glad air freshener in an outlet. The reason we didn't change the room is because we arrived very late (2am) and were only staying there to rest up and continue our trip from Ontario. Everything we brought into the room smelled like it. The bathroom did not have a door. The closet door acted like the bathroom door except it didnt close. It was a terrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place would make a great set for a horror movie.

It has obviously not had any maintenance for quite a while. If it had not been late in the day and previously booked we would have looked for something a little bette.r
