Review 1：WiFi signal in the bedroom was very poor- had to go out into the corridor or down to the public rooms on the ground floor
Review 2：Good location in the city centre, opposite the cathedral.
Review 3：There was one very unfriendly member of staff (reception) who told me in a rather rude way that it was not possible to have two rooms on the same floor to accomodate our family, even though we had requested this beforehand. Fortunately, this was solved in his absence by another very helpful reception member of staff later, who arranged this for us anyway. The windows of the rooms could not be locked; there were no safe deposit boxes.
Review 4：Very friendly staff at reception (apart from one tall blonde impolite man) and valet parking. It was nice that we were granted a late check-out.
Review 5：Alguns funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos mas outros na recepção foram mal educados e mal humorados. Algumas coisas do quarto são bem antigas e precisavam de manutenção.
