Review 1：on arrival the appartement was not very clean (especially the floors)
Review 2：Nice complete apartment on 21th floor, great view over Santiago, great location. Supermarket and plaza de armas close by.
Review 3：Apartment was central to all that was visited during the stay, many restaurants near apartment which was a plus and subway was a benefit to all areas.
Review 4：Cristian spoke English and was very helpful. There is an office for the apartments to assist to make the stay comfortable. The apartment was nice a quiet, comfortable, clean and had a great Japanese theme. Central location with everything you could need in a self contained apartment.
Review 5：An excellent value-for-money apartment (we booked the two-level maisonette) and there was more than enough space. Accessible location with good cafes/restaurants nearby, including a large supermarket downstairs.
Review 6：Not very clean, need maintenance ( I was located at 2 floor terrace...the back door wasn't closing properly and people was smoking and walking dogs in front of my room. Also there were no lights in the living room and only one light inside my bedroom. Flush in the toilet was running all the time. Very dark room quite depressing.)

Review 10：We stayed in 2 different apartments, the first had floors which had not been cleaned for some time, so when you walked to and from the bathroom you had dirty feet. The second was very good and clean If I was really picky I would suggest they bought a proper bottle opener as opposed to using a corkscrew attached to a tin opener which hurt your hands every time you opened a bottle of wine
Review 11：These apartments are not holiday accommodation, but privately owned units which are let out via a management company.There is a big supermarket owned by Wallmart right next door and the apartments are just 5 or 6 minutes walk from the Place Armas the centre of Santiago. Exceptional views of Santiago as we were on the 21st floor
Review 12：The air conditioner was not chilling enough and it could be a little more clean. We found very strange that the comforter was a little grimy. They could offer bath amenities as well.
Review 13：Really liked the view and the location, it's nearby most tourist interests. The Wifii works very well. The accommodation is large and comfortable. There is a supermarket in the ground floor so it was really not a problem fixing our own breakfast.
Review 14：Dogs barking outside the room, I am a light sleeper. They can't help it obviously, but it was annoying.

Review 16：Apartment gets pretty hot with big windows (for the view) but there are curtains and an aircon that helps a bit by the afternoon. The advertised gym seemed under repairs. It was not super clean, our feet got black walking around and there was a bit of dust everywhere but there are ample cleaning equipment for a long stay to use - which is not normally seen in apartment.
Review 17：Apartment was in great location in Bellas Artes. Near museums, parks, zoo, on great street of a bunch of interesting restaurants - Peruvian, Thai, Italian. Supermarket downstairs. Walk to heaps of things. Apartment was exactly as pictures describe and views over parks and city, Andes, from lounge room and bedroom were amazing day and night. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi excellent. Indoor pool was cold but refreshing and easy to access. Laundromat in building or across the road also. Big wardrobes and cupboards, and also a clothes line for bath tub which is in sunny bathroom. Much more value for money than other places we have stayed in Santiago. For price, the spacious lounge, kitchen bench and separate bedroom with upstairs loft was a bargain and big enough for a family with 1 or 2 kids for a lengthy stay.
Review 18：We were told we could pay by Visa-in which I had made sure ahead of time we could do upon arrival. When we arrived Cristian said it was not possible because he would have to go to his office and there would be addiditional fees. We ended up paying cash. That was a disappointment after making prior arrangements to pay with a credit card.
Review 19：For the middle of Santiago it was a great location, nice apartment, nice clean bed and Cristian did a great job at helping us extend our stay and extend our parking until we flew out.

The owner of the property was rude and un pleasnt, asked the payment while we were in the hallway with the kids and didn'the gave us a recite.
Review 21：Locasión was good so we're the beds. Pretty clean and we'll equipped. We arrive early an got helped with a temporary unit for few hours until our unit was ready, later when we complain about the A/C they wanted to charge us for that help so we drop it with the A/C - not cool.
Review 22：Nice and peaceful appartement. Perfect Location for a city trip. Departemento muy comodo e muy tranquilo. Perfectamente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. The Manager was very helpful and answer all the queries in a timely manner.
