Review 1：Not a bad experience but it would make a more comfortable stay if there was a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee.

Review 2：The location is great with wonderful views over Veliko Tarnavo from the breakfast area and swimming pool. Sheets and towels refreshed every day.

Review 3：The dinner service was very slow on one evening. Plus, one night they were selling wine by the caraf and the next night they weren't. I would have gone for dinner elsewhere had I know they wouldn't have wine the next time I came to eat there.

Review 5：A word of caution: a lot of the rooms are oriented directly towards the terrace - which can be quite noisy even after 10 pm. Room is nice enough, but maybe not enough for this kind of money.

Review 6：Very nice views, room was really quiet (have specifically asked for that). Nice playground, decent restaurant. But again, the views were really nice. We have stayed in "the new building" and that was far enough from the terrace to be tranquil.

Review 7：I asked for a quiet and upper room, and I received an apartment above the kitchen and near the reception and the bar. It was very hot and very noisy, and we couldn't sit on the balcony because it was near the tables of the terrace restaurant. And of course we didn't have any view, because of the openned umbrellas of the restaurant.

Review 25：Loved everything ! Spent the day at the restaurant terrace and the swimming pool. This hotel is a place to be. Magical view. The food in the restaurant is brilliant and the room was very cosy, spotless and comfortable.

Review 26：Unfortunately, all the good points of this hotel were completely cancelled out for me by the constant and unbearable noise level. The barrage starts when you enter the lobby where the TV is blaring out at maximum volume, continues along the corridors into which canned music is piped and reaches a crescendo once you enter the room: on one side you have loud music from the bar and on the other, the pool restaurant belting out a competing sound even louder. This racket continues all day at full volume and well into the night. When I spoke to hotel staff they seemed amazed that anyone might consider the cacophony anything other than an enhancement to their stay! Had I known that the music was hotel policy I would never have chosen the Sevastokrator, but unfortunately, even though in my booking request I specifically asked for a quiet room (which doesn't exist in this hotel), nobody thought fit to draw my attention to it.

Review 27：The position with commanding views over Veliko Tarnovo is second to none in Arbanasi. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed and we were updraded from a juniour suite to suite at no extra charge. Breakfast offers a good selection.

In the first night was a little party in the restaurant, and we must eat on the terrace because of the loud music, even it was cold outside. In the room the music was heard at a decent level. In the second night was a wedding party. The music was so loud that I leave the hotel at 11 o clock because I cannot sleep.

Review 58：The interior design is pleasant to the eye and the interior terrace must be really cool in the summer time. The view over the city is mesmerizing. Close to the city, but you will need a car to get there.

Review 60：No English menu for breakfast. Even more, this time I was served a coldbreakfast because the kitchen was closed: I left it there. Last time Ihad a proper breakfast so I did not like this sudden change. Someemployees do not speak English, not even on a basic level.

Review 63：We stayed in a junior suite, respectively a suite (5 adults and 2 children) - the rooms are very large and clean (the rooms had both an extraordinary panoramic view of the surroundings). The staff was very friendly. Also, the hotel has an underground parking in addition to the outdoor parking. The food from the restaurant is excellent (parlenka is excellent, especially the one with cheese, also the salads are great).

Review 66：One of the 3 main options in Arabanasi to have a great view towards Veliko Tarnovo. It has a very nice and large pool witch is quite differentiation from the competition. Also some fitness apparel and fuzzball, table tennis. Good restaurant with various dishes (except the breakfast, witch is basic, but decent). Rooms: good enough for a family, no luxury but well equipped. Nice shower room, big plus here. Staff: OK, they understand English well enough. Underground parking available (if you can find spaces) but lots of places on the ground also, it's not an issue here (and it's an important aspect both in Arbanasi and Veliko Tarnovo...)
