Review 1：Only thing I had complaints on was being accused of smoking in the room and we would never because I have a baby & a 9 yr old but I did make it aware that we had not smoked in the room and they did apologize so that made us feel a lot more comfortable.

Review 2：The staff was very kind and compassionate ; I got my room upgraded to the mini suite to help make us more comfortable on our stay for my fathers funeral from the kindness of the staff.

Review 3：The only downside was lack of cooking utensils, which the staff tried to remedy.

We had to drive several km to town for all meals including breakfast. As I opened the front closet door it fell onto me! We went to the lobby to get ice and there was nobody there. All in all we are completely dissatisfied . What a waste if a good day and night!

Review 10：The drain in the shower always backed up with old hair and yucky mess from previous guests of the room and took forever for it to drain.

Review 14：The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. When we got there the room was ready for us. We went to bed and slept late the next morning (no noise), making us late for checkout. No worries at all. Had the best sleep of the trip.

Review 17：The restaurant had no meat left when we arrived. There were not enough pillows and the bed was not comfortable. There was no hot water for a bath when we arrived. I would give this hotel another chance though. If the above was improved it would be excellent.
