Review 1：Only small negative was that at times only one person on front desk meant having to wait longer than one would expect to speak to desk staff

Review 3：The rooms could be updated to look more modern to go with the price of $179 per night? Different space for breakfast area? I.e. A room rather than at the front door of the hotel?

Review 5：The staff was untrained. They lied about noise complaint. Found out today that they wrote down that we had 2 warnings and then got asked to leave when really we had 1 warning and then got asked to leave. Did not get money back.

Review 8：The key cards continuously failed. Had to leave parade 90 percent of time gob have re programed and go back down. Moxie bartender was not knowledgeable of drinks and after one she brought my bill without asking if I wanted another.

Review 9：The maids were wonderful. Polite. Except they took a housecoat away and never replaced it. And threw my toothbrush away that I had wrapped in a face cloth so the bugs in the hotel did not get on it

Review 17：what is the meaning if the receptionist should return to you 10 CAD and returned only 7.5 CAD and this incident is repeated twice during the two days period of stay . If the staff said that the washing powder is 1.5 CAD and then at the checking out another staff calculated as 2.5 CAD????

Review 24：Superb large suite, huge kitchen facilities, large comfortable bed, balcony, everything was sparkling clean, front desk was great, secure underground parking was great, a TV in each room. Moxies downstairs looked nice (even though I didn't eat there.) Really great place. This place gets 5/5 stars from me.

Review 105：The room must have been a previous rental apartment because it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The odor was in the closets, on the curtains, on the furniture, everywhere. I opened the windows and kept them open. When I told the desk staff the room smelled bad, they did not offer to move me and but offered to send someone up to "spray". There was also a cigarette butt on the outside of my room door, that was cleaned up the next day. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, I paid for a non-smoking room and was not given one. Otherwise the room was very spacious.
