Review 1：The noise of the air conditioner. Too loud to have it during the night.

Review 2：It was very clean. The breakfast is located in an hotel one block away, but was a very nice place to have it and a very good breakfast.

Review 3：The room WiFi connection was quite unreliable sometimes (CRITICAL). The bed was not that comfortable.

Review 5：It was way too noisy in the suite. There was a lot of noise from the other guests, everyday hearing slamming doors. The outside noise was very loud as well, that was because the insulation on the windows was poor. I could see out the insulation in the window, which also let an extremely cold draft through. The first day from the hotel I had to walk to for breakfast I was able to eat at the buffet, but the following day I was not able to. There may have been some miscommunication, but this is something I will partially take blame for, because I did not totally find it worth the effort to get it fixed.

Review 18：Comfortable, clean room, safe location with tree lined streets, close to metro. Very helpful front desk, helped arrange taxis and vans for our large combined group. Breakfast was fresh and complete.

Great view from the top of the building. Location in safe neighbourhood close to restaurants, Costanera mall and shops.

Review 29：Breakfast was good, but it would never change. Fruits would be the same, bread would be the same, yogurt would be the same (very poor quality) and when you stay longer than 5 days, you start getting sick and tired of having the same thing.

Review 31：there was a party on the 14th floor, we were on the 13th....not a huge problem as it finished by midnight...but then started 2-3hrs of cleaning and moving furniture which kept us awake! although the hotel is no smoking the room smelt very very strong of smoke!

I would recommend the Ishmael Hotel instead which is newer with comparable rates (has been open for 3 months) and is more centrally located. Also the car rental agency recommended by the Hotel did not provide us with a roadworthy car.

Review 64：This was our 2nd stay. It is a wonderful apartment hotel with a big breakfast delivered to your room each day. I thoroughly enjoyed the top floor workout room overlooking the city and a fantastic traditional sauna. The staff is bilingual and attentive. There is parking and wi-fi included. I would recommend it to anyone. Also, the mountains, ocean and vineyards are very near.

A few times, a staff person knocked onmy door to retrieve the tray only a few minutes after some other staffhad just delivered it. Another thing that I found lacking was the usual"do not disturb" signs to hang from the doorknob. As a result, I wasdisturbed a few times by staff who came into the room when I was in thebathroom. And there is no way to fully lock the door from the inside.

Review 84：Was not aware that inorder to avoid the 19% tax we needed to show the disembarcation card - to show that we are tourists. This unecessarily added 19% to the cost of our room. This was disappointing. We carry a copy of our passport around - but this was not sufficient. Next time we will know better to bring our passports and other documents, but this was not the hotel's faullt - this is a rule in Chile. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY POSTED SOMEWHERE ON THE SITE FOR TOURISTS VISITNG CHILE. .

Review 91：Very large room and well designed (you opened the cupboard and there wasa little kitchen). As I was only there one night, I didn't get round tousing the facilities. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice andthe staff really made an effort. In particular, the two bellboys werereally helpful.The airport is in Las Condes, a nice quiet neighbourhood but not that close (abt 15 kms from airport)
