Review 1：No wifi in the rooms. Room a bit dark and smelling wet.

Review 3：Cleaner put a drink on room bill which we didn't drink Not told when we arrived there was complimentary tea Old coconuts on tree were not removed could be a health hazard. Reception lost our key when we arrived so they gave cleaners copy but our room was not cleaned as cleaner couldn't get in. They made little effort to get key sorted quickly. Restaurant service is extremely slow - expect to wait mins to 1 hour even when not a busy night. Internet is terrible always dropping out.

Review 15：The rooms could be more well decorated and iluminated, but it doesn't ruin the whole experience. Also, the food at the hotel facility on the beach could be improved, just like the drinks.
Review 16：If you're looking for a peaceful stay in Pipa, focusing on just relax by the beach, far from the crowded main street, you can't be better located. The staff is very nice, the breakfast delicious (don't miss the tapioca) and the location, at the quieter corner of the most beautiful beach of Pipa, is just perfect. The food at the restaurant is quite good too.

Review 25：Wonderful location on the top of the cliff with all the ocean in front of you. Great staff, spacious and nice bed, and the luxury of the private access to the beach (196 stairs) - wich is by far the best beach in Pipa - and the bar service down there. The garden is beautiful and pleasant.
