Review 1：Well, beds are not the best...

Review 2：Nice value for money, you get spa, great rooms and nice breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights there instead of one, it was relaxing after a long trip of ours. P.S. really liked windows on the upper floor =)

Review 5：I liked that the hotel has SPA center and after a busy working day you can relax with a massage or plunge in the swimming pool. The free parking is of course big plus for a city hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has a nice atmosphere.

Review 6：Breakfast was a desaster First day we were a bit late (approx 1 hour before closing) so not much was there but well, there weren't much people there so it was enough but second day they seemed totally overwhelmed byt the amount of people and weren't able to bring out fresh food in a timely manner, instead you had to wait for several minutes, which with a small child is unbearable if its hungry (and picky)

Review 10：The room was used by smokers before us. Their perfumes couldn't cover the smell (of course :) ) Since it was a last minute booking, we accepted the room like that, most of the smell went off until the evening.

The limited customer service (no smile in 4 days except once when a guy opened my car door for me and tried to communicate with me). When the nicest persons are the cleaning ladies, you better ask yourself questions as a hotel manager.

The free parking even though it was quite impossible to park on the level -1 (too narrow, except for a Smart) and closed after midnight. Also, it should be better indicated outside, because a guy for a very close company was complaining it was not a place for hotel customers

Review 14：The interior colour scheme reminds me of a building housing a public swimmingpool or a private medical clinic. A little TOO clean and bright looking to be visually inviting, really. The nicely decorated bathroom had one problem: Water from the shower spread all over the floor as the glass screen that should prevent this was much too narrow. Fancy looking but difficult to use (especially for a specific water temperature) faucets.

Review 15：Nice, big room. Tasty dinner, but the restaurant has a not very charming, very light interior. Loved the indoor swimmng pool, but the wardrobes where less than practical, with no divison between shoes on and shoes off zones. Friendly and professional staff.

Review 22：In general the hotel is nice and I have no important remarks. There is a WiFi but its coverage and speed of the data transfer on my floor was below expectations. The hotel is not far away from the city center and the seaside but still it takes some time to go there if you plan to do it on foot.

Review 24：I didn't like their organization of the breakfast. Some of the dishes finished and they didn't bring more even at the beginning of the breakfast. Another thing that I didn't like is lack of fruits for breakfast.

Review 29：A couple of the receptionists are a bit frosty at times but the other staff make up for them, we have stayed here several times always iin a suite and the mattresses now require replacing to to being uncomfortable

Review 31：I really liked the hotel, staff and food. For this price and quality, location was very good. You wouldn't find more comfort for this money closer to the centre. For me it was a perfect match - great quality, great price, ok distance. It was around 6-8m walk to the beach, to restaurants, to an airport bus, to a West Coach Station. It was around 15m to the Rail Station and South Coach Station. I was looking for a comfort, good transportation options, good access to the beach. So I loved it. 1.Hotel is very modern and with a nice interior style. 2. Swimming pool was great. 3. I really loved the bathroom with a bathtub, the design was comfy and unique. 4. Very clean and well maintained. 5. Very nice staff, a bit shy when talking English, but very helpful and positive. 6. Breakfast was ok. 7. Food in the restaurant was brilliant! If you say there, try the specialty of the hotel (2 kinds of meat with beautiful creamy mushroom sauce).

Review 32：The location is not very good because its in a very quiet neighborhood. If you want to see burgas you are far away and it might be a bit scary at night. Not by many restaurants or cafes hot spots.

First night had to call security twice, first at 1.30 and then at 2.00 to get them to quieten the people in the room next door. Went to Burgas for a rest and got terribly stressed out instead! Review 69：the "spa" area is a little bit dodgy, i.e. could need a little bit more or often cleaning. The fitness area needs new cycling machines (the squeak and have no electronics anymore). The TV in our appartment was a huge dinosaur and the picture was awful :-)

When I showed on a map it´s location to him he said there´s no bus station and he advised me to go totally wrong way. Then I needed to take a taxi again to the place where I was going in a first place and my bus left from there towards Varna. How can not a staff member of Burgas know the place of Bus station in his home? town.

Review 90：When I arrived to the hotel, the staff was very polite and gave good information about the hotel. Room was very clean and nice, although there was a little smell of cigarettes but it didn´t bother me.

Review 99：Restaurant service was bad. Quite bad sound isolation on rooms. Toilet paper run out two times in our one week stay. Not all the staff didnt understand english. The beds were uncomfortable and there was too warm in the room. Or we didnt know how to use the air ventilation system, which manual is only in Bulgarish. Like almost all information in hotel. No english spa/massage info, no english roomservice phone number paper. No town map even in the reception. There was wine bottles in the minibar, but no wine bottle opener. But all in all nice hotel to stay and you get good value for your money.

Review 100：Swimming pool is free for hotel quests. Proper Finnish sauna was great. Possibility to go to jacuzzi. Massage was good and inexpencive. Breakfast was good and free wifi is also nice. Bathtub with aroma bath salt was nice to have. Skinnier Piccolo was very helpfull and smiling all the time. Free taxi order from reception.

Review 109：As with Aqua Hotel in Varna, bar / restaurant closes at 10 pm, therefore untrue claim here that it is open 24 hours. Hotel is wrongly located on booking.com map, it is slightly further out. On the limit of walkability to the town centre or the beach, I am a keen walker, however it must be made clear that this hotel is at least a 20 minute walk to the start of the centre, and 30 minutes from the heart of Burgas. Count the same timeframe to get to the beach. Pavements along the way are also very broken and uneven so not a suitable walk for the elderly or those with any mobility problems.

I have had rooms near the life [I guess somebody has to have those rooms] and have heard other people complain about the noise but I was in one of those rooms and it is no worse than anywhere else I have stayed. Breakfast is excellent and restaurant serves decent, reasonably prices food. When I stayed this time the pool had been emptied but in the past I have used that and the fitness room. All in all a good place with friendly staff and value for money we can only dream of in Western Europe.
