Review 1：Children running around in room above was annoying but the hotel wasnot to blame.

Review 2：The hotel is massive with an incredible indoor garden plus waterfeatures. Staff polite and friendly. Good continental breakfast eventhough booking.com stated that there was no meals with this booking.

Review 3：The walls are so thin you can hear people talking and moving around We had to call down for Kleenex, the box was empty. The pillows were like cement. The hair dryer didn't work (or at least we couldn't make it go) For the price you charge, you'd think there would be a fridge in the room, we like a glass of wine or a drink when we get settled and before going out for dinner. I did like the shampoo and rinse dispensers.

Review 7：Check in had not filled our pet friendly request...with persistence I was able to negotiate same room assignment ...though insistent that pets be crated for duration...no problem with puppy as he was crate trained. Also didn't like people hanging around doors and outside our window smoking tobacco and other stuff.

Review 55：The whole inn is non-smoking and you can notice the freshness the minute you walk in. We were pleased that we had a choice of room on the mainfloor, The plants in the courtyard made it fun to go on a walk.

Also, live music is often much too loud for the small bar area, and too loud in the rooms. Plus the cots are very uncomfortable! I need it for myself, as I have a problem sleeping with others.

Review 65：Beautiful atrium with pathway, gazebo and bridge; enough space around the pool and hot tub. Also convenient to have 2 eateries with good food, so you have a choice of eating in hotel, or going out.

Review 66：I arrived after a 7hour trip for a dog show and was told they did nothave any dog rooms available! The price was higher than I expected afterthey decided to let me stay. It was almost 300. For the two nights andthen they charged me for a dog thay they wouldn't let stay in theroom! I am sure there are other places to stay if I go back!
